اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَفِيْ خُسْرٍۙ ( العصر: ٢ )

إِنَّ
Indeed
l-insāna
ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ
mankind
lafī
لَفِى
(is) surely in
khus'rin
خُسْرٍ
loss
Indeed, mankind is in loss,
اِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ ەۙ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ ࣖ ( العصر: ٣ )
illā
إِلَّا
Except
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
āmanū
ءَامَنُوا۟
believe
waʿamilū
وَعَمِلُوا۟
and do
l-ṣāliḥāti
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
righteous deeds
watawāṣaw
وَتَوَاصَوْا۟
and enjoin each other
bil-ḥaqi
بِٱلْحَقِّ
to the truth
watawāṣaw
وَتَوَاصَوْا۟
and enjoin each other
bil-ṣabri
بِٱلصَّبْرِ
to [the] patience
Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience.
