(of) mankind
The Sovereign of mankind,
اِلٰهِ النَّاسِۙ ( الناس: ٣ )
ilāhi
إِلَٰهِ
(The) God

The God of mankind,
مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ ەۙ الْخَنَّاسِۖ ( الناس: ٤ )

From the evil of the retreating whisperer -
