اَلۡمُنٰفِقُوۡنَ وَالۡمُنٰفِقٰتُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡضٍۘ يَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمُنۡكَرِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَيَقۡبِضُوۡنَ اَيۡدِيَهُمۡؕ نَسُوا اللّٰهَ فَنَسِيَهُمۡؕ اِنَّ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ هُمُ الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ(التوبة :67)
Almunafiqoona waalmunafiqatu ba'duhum min ba'din yamuroona bialmunkari wayanhawna 'ani alma'roofi wayaqbidoona aydiyahum nasoo Allaha fanasiyahum inna almunafiqeena humu alfasiqoona
Sahih International:
The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient.
وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ وَالۡمُنٰفِقٰتِ وَالۡـكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَـنَّمَ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَا ؕ هِىَ حَسۡبُهُمۡ ۚ وَلَـعَنَهُمُ اللّٰهُ ۚ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيۡمٌ(التوبة :68)
Wa'ada Allahu almunafiqeena waalmunafiqati waalkuffara nara jahannama khalideena feeha hiya hasbuhum wala'anahumu Allahu walahum 'athabun muqeemun
Sahih International:
Allah has promised the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the disbelievers the fire of Hell, wherein they will abide eternally. It is sufficient for them. And Allah has cursed them, and for them is an enduring punishment.
كَالَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِكُمۡ كَانُوۡۤا اَشَدَّ مِنۡكُمۡ قُوَّةً وَّاَكۡثَرَ اَمۡوَالًا وَّاَوۡلَادًا ؕ فَاسۡتَمۡتَعُوۡا بِخَلَاقِهِمۡ فَاسۡتَمۡتَعۡتُمۡ بِخَلَاقِكُمۡ كَمَا اسۡتَمۡتَعَ الَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِكُمۡ بِخَلَاقِهِمۡ وَخُضۡتُمۡ كَالَّذِىۡ خَاضُوۡا ؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ حَبِطَتۡ اَعۡمَالُهُمۡ فِى الدُّنۡيَا وَالۡاٰخِرَةِ ۚ وَاُولٰۤٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡخٰسِرُوۡنَ(التوبة :69)
Kaallatheena min qablikum kanoo ashadda minkum quwwatan waakthara amwalan waawladan faistamta'oo bikhalaqihim faistamta'tum bikhalaqikum kama istamta'a allatheena min qablikum bikhalaqihim wakhudtum kaallathee khadoo olaika habitat a'maluhum fee alddunya waalakhirati waolaika humu alkhasiroona
Sahih International:
[You disbelievers are] like those before you; they were stronger than you in power and more abundant in wealth and children. They enjoyed their portion [of worldly enjoyment], and you have enjoyed your portion as those before you enjoyed their portion, and you have engaged [in vanities] like that in which they engaged. [It is] those whose deeds have become worthless in this world and in the Hereafter, and it is they who are the losers.
