فَاِنۡ كَذَّبُوۡكَ فَقَدۡ كُذِّبَ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِكَ جَآءُوۡ بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَالۡكِتٰبِ الۡمُنِيۡرِ(آل عمران :184)
Fain kaththabooka faqad kuththiba rusulun min qablika jaoo bialbayyinati waalzzuburi waalkitabi almuneeri
Sahih International:
Then if they deny you, [O Muhammad] - so were messengers denied before you, who brought clear proofs and written ordinances and the enlightening Scripture.
وَقَالُوۡا لَوۡلَا يَاۡتِيۡنَا بِاٰيَةٍ مِّنۡ رَّبِّهٖ ؕ اَوَلَمۡ تَاْتِهِمْ بَيِّنَةُ مَا فِى الصُّحُفِ الۡاُوۡلٰى(طه :133)
Waqaloo lawla yateena biayatin min rabbihi awalam tatihim bayyinatu ma fee alssuhufi aloola
Sahih International:
And they say, "Why does he not bring us a sign from his Lord?" Has there not come to them evidence of what was in the former scriptures?
اَمۡ لَمۡ يُنَبَّاۡ بِمَا فِىۡ صُحُفِ مُوۡسٰىۙ(النجم :36)
Am lam yunabba bima fee suhufi moosa
Sahih International:
Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَفِى الصُّحُفِ الۡاُوۡلٰىۙ(الأعلى :18)
Inna hatha lafee alssuhufi aloola
Sahih International:
Indeed, this is in the former scriptures,
صُحُفِ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَمُوۡسٰى(الأعلى :19)
Suhufi ibraheema wamoosa
Sahih International:
The scriptures of Abraham and Moses.
لَمۡ يَكُنِ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ اَهۡلِ الۡكِتٰبِ وَالۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ مُنۡفَكِّيۡنَ حَتّٰى تَاۡتِيَهُمُ الۡبَيِّنَةُ(البينة :1)
Lam yakuni allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi waalmushrikeena munfakkeena hatta tatiyahumu albayyinatu
Sahih International:
Those who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists were not to be parted [from misbelief] until there came to them clear evidence -
رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ يَتۡلُوۡا صُحُفًا مُّطَهَّرَةً ۙ(البينة :2)
Rasoolun mina Allahi yatloo suhufan mutahharatan
