Surah [2] Al-Baqara : 143

And thus
We made you
a community
(of the) middle way
so that you will be
witnesses
over
the mankind
and will be
the Messenger
on you
a witness
And not
We made

that We make evident

the Messenger

from (he) who
turns back

And indeed

guided
(by) Allah
And not

will

let go waste
your faith
Indeed
Allah
(is) to [the] mankind
Full of Kindness
Most Merciful

Sahih International:

And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you. And We did not make the qiblah which you used to face except that We might make evident who would follow the Messenger from who would turn back on his heels. And indeed, it is difficult except for those whom Allah has guided. And never would Allah have caused you to lose your faith. Indeed Allah is, to the people, Kind and Merciful.

Sahih International:

Muhammad is not but a messenger. [Other] messengers have passed on before him. So if he was to die or be killed, would you turn back on your heels [to unbelief]? And he who turns back on his heels will never harm Allah at all; but Allah will reward the grateful.

Sahih International:

Sahih International:

And [remember] when Satan made their deeds pleasing to them and said, "No one can overcome you today from among the people, and indeed, I am your protector." But when the two armies sighted each other, he turned on his heels and said, "Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Indeed, I see what you do not see; indeed I fear Allah .
