وَلَا يَحۡزُنۡكَ قَوۡلُهُمۡۘ اِنَّ الۡعِزَّةَ لِلّٰهِ جَمِيۡعًا ؕ هُوَ السَّمِيۡعُ الۡعَلِيۡمُ(يونس :65)
Wala yahzunka qawluhum inna al'izzata lillahi jamee'an huwa alssamee'u al'aleemu
Sahih International:
And let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, honor [due to power] belongs to Allah entirely. He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
فَاَلۡقَوۡا حِبَالَهُمۡ وَعِصِيَّهُمۡ وَقَالُوۡا بِعِزَّةِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ اِنَّا لَـنَحۡنُ الۡغٰلِبُوۡنَ(الشعراء :44)
Faalqaw hibalahum wa'isiyyahum waqaloo bi'izzati fir'awna inna lanahnu alghaliboona
Sahih International:
So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might of Pharaoh, indeed it is we who are predominant."
قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَاُغۡوِيَنَّهُمۡ اَجۡمَعِيۡنَۙ(ص :82)
Qala fabi'izzatika laoghwiyannahum ajma'eena
Sahih International:
[Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all
يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ لَٮِٕنۡ رَّجَعۡنَاۤ اِلَى الۡمَدِيۡنَةِ لَيُخۡرِجَنَّ الۡاَعَزُّ مِنۡهَا الۡاَذَلَّ ؕ وَلِلّٰهِ الۡعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُوۡلِهٖ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ وَلٰـكِنَّ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ(المنافقون :8)
Yaqooloona lain raja'na ila almadeenati layukhrijanna ala'azzu minha alathalla walillahi al'izzatu walirasoolihi walilmumineena walakinna almunafiqeena la ya'lamoona
Sahih International:
They say, "If we return to al-Madinah, the more honored [for power] will surely expel therefrom the more humble." And to Allah belongs [all] honor, and to His Messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know.
