Surah [105] Al-Feel : 1
ARBNDEENIDTRUR

اَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِاَصۡحٰبِ الۡفِيۡلِؕ(الفيل :1)

أَلَمْ
Have not
تَرَ
you seen
كَيْفَ
how
فَعَلَ
dealt
رَبُّكَ
your Lord
بِأَصْحَٰبِ
with (the) Companions
ٱلْفِيلِ
(of the) Elephant?

Alam tara kayfa fa'ala rabbuka biashabi alfeeli

Sahih International:

Have you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant?

ARBNDEENIDTRUR

اَلَمۡ يَجۡعَلۡ كَيۡدَهُمۡ فِىۡ تَضۡلِيۡلٍۙ(الفيل :2)

أَلَمْ
Did not
يَجْعَلْ
He make
كَيْدَهُمْ
their plan
فِى
go
تَضْلِيلٍ
astray?

Alam yaj'al kaydahum fee tadleelin

Sahih International:

Did He not make their plan into misguidance?

ARBNDEENIDTRUR

وَّاَرۡسَلَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ طَيۡرًا اَبَابِيۡلَۙ(الفيل :3)

وَأَرْسَلَ
And He sent
عَلَيْهِمْ
against them
طَيْرًا
birds
أَبَابِيلَ
(in) flocks

Waarsala 'alayhim tayran ababeela

Sahih International:

And He sent against them birds in flocks,

ARBNDEENIDTRUR

تَرۡمِيۡهِمۡ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنۡ سِجِّيۡلٍ(الفيل :4)

تَرْمِيهِم
Striking them
بِحِجَارَةٍ
with stones
مِّن
of
سِجِّيلٍ
baked clay

Tarmeehim bihijaratin min sijjeelin

Sahih International:

Striking them with stones of hard clay,

ARBNDEENIDTRUR

فَجَعَلَهُمۡ كَعَصۡفٍ مَّاۡكُوۡلٍ(الفيل :5)

فَجَعَلَهُمْ
Then He made them
كَعَصْفٍ
like straw
مَّأْكُولٍۭ
eaten up

Faja'alahum ka'asfin makoolin

Sahih International:

And He made them like eaten straw.
