قَالَ اجۡعَلۡنِىۡ عَلٰى خَزَآٮِٕنِ الۡاَرۡضِۚ اِنِّىۡ حَفِيۡظٌ عَلِيۡمٌ(يوسف :55)
Qala ij'alnee 'ala khazaini alardi innee hafeethun 'aleemun
Sahih International:
[Joseph] said, "Appoint me over the storehouses of the land. Indeed, I will be a knowing guardian."
وَاِنۡ مِّنۡ شَىۡءٍ اِلَّا عِنۡدَنَا خَزَآٮِٕنُهٗ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهٗۤ اِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعۡلُوۡمٍ(الحجر :21)
Wain min shayin illa 'indana khazainuhu wama nunazziluhu illa biqadarin ma'loomin
Sahih International:
And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.
وَاَرۡسَلۡنَا الرِّيٰحَ لَوَاقِحَ فَاَنۡزَلۡنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَاَسۡقَيۡنٰكُمُوۡهُۚ وَمَاۤ اَنۡتُمۡ لَهٗ بِخٰزِنِيۡنَ(الحجر :22)
Waarsalna alrriyaha lawaqiha faanzalna mina alssamai maan faasqaynakumoohu wama antum lahu bikhazineena
Sahih International:
And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers.
قُلْ لَّوۡ اَنۡـتُمۡ تَمۡلِكُوۡنَ خَزَآٮِٕنَ رَحۡمَةِ رَبِّىۡۤ اِذًا لَّاَمۡسَكۡتُمۡ خَشۡيَةَ الۡاِنۡفَاقِ ؕ وَكَانَ الۡاِنۡسَانُ قَتُوۡرًا(الإسراء :100)
Qul law antum tamlikoona khazaina rahmati rabbee ithan laamsaktum khashyata alinfaqi wakana alinsanu qatooran
Sahih International:
Say [to them], "If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending." And ever has man been stingy.
فَسَقٰى لَهُمَا ثُمَّ تَوَلّٰٓى اِلَى الظِّلِّ فَقَالَ رَبِّ اِنِّىۡ لِمَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡتَ اِلَىَّ مِنۡ خَيۡرٍ فَقِيۡرٌ(القصص :24)
Fasaqa lahuma thumma tawalla ila alththilli faqala rabbi innee lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeerun
Sahih International:
So he watered [their flocks] for them; then he went back to the shade and said, "My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need."
