يُخٰدِعُوۡنَ اللّٰهَ وَالَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا ۚ وَمَا يَخۡدَعُوۡنَ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡفُسَهُمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُوۡنَؕ(البقرة :9)
Yukhadi'oona Allaha waallatheena amanoo wama yakhda'oona illa anfusahum wama yash'uroona
Sahih International:
They [think to] deceive Allah and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.
لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا فِى الۡبِلَادِؕ(آل عمران :196)
La yaghurrannaka taqallubu allatheena kafaroo fee albiladi
Sahih International:
Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
اِنَّ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ يُخٰدِعُوۡنَ اللّٰهَ وَهُوَ خَادِعُوْهُمۡ ۚ وَاِذَا قَامُوۡۤا اِلَى الصَّلٰوةِ قَامُوۡا كُسَالٰى ۙ يُرَآءُوۡنَ النَّاسَ وَلَا يَذۡكُرُوۡنَ اللّٰهَ اِلَّا قَلِيۡلًا(النساء :142)
Inna almunafiqeena yukhadi'oona Allaha wahuwa khadi'uhum waitha qamoo ila alssalati qamoo kusala yuraoona alnnasa wala yathkuroona Allaha illa qaleelan
Sahih International:
Indeed, the hypocrites [think to] deceive Allah, but He is deceiving them. And when they stand for prayer, they stand lazily, showing [themselves to] the people and not remembering Allah except a little,
وَاِنۡ يُّرِيۡدُوۡۤا اَنۡ يَّخۡدَعُوۡكَ فَاِنَّ حَسۡبَكَ اللّٰهُؕ هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَيَّدَكَ بِنَصۡرِهٖ وَبِالۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَۙ(الأنفال :62)
Wain yureedoo an yakhda'ooka fainna hasbaka Allahu huwa allathee ayyadaka binasrihi wabialmumineena
Sahih International:
But if they intend to deceive you - then sufficient for you is Allah . It is He who supported you with His help and with the believers
وَيَوۡمَ تَقُوۡمُ السَّاعَةُ يُقۡسِمُ الۡمُجۡرِمُوۡنَ مَا لَبِثُوۡا غَيۡرَ سَاعَةٍ ؕ كَذٰلِكَ كَانُوۡا يُؤۡفَكُوۡنَ(الروم :55)
Wayawma taqoomu alssa'atu yuqsimu almujrimoona ma labithoo ghayra sa'atin kathalika kanoo yufakoona
Sahih International:
And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded.
مَا يُجَادِلُ فِىۡۤ اٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ اِلَّا الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا فَلَا يَغۡرُرۡكَ تَقَلُّبُهُمۡ فِى الۡبِلَادِ(غافر :4)
Ma yujadilu fee ayati Allahi illa allatheena kafaroo fala yaghrurka taqallubuhum fee albiladi
Sahih International:
No one disputes concerning the signs of Allah except those who disbelieve, so be not deceived by their [uninhibited] movement throughout the land.
