وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنٰكُمۡ اُمَّةً وَّسَطًا لِّتَکُوۡنُوۡا شُهَدَآءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ شَهِيۡدًا ؕ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا الۡقِبۡلَةَ الَّتِىۡ كُنۡتَ عَلَيۡهَآ اِلَّا لِنَعۡلَمَ مَنۡ يَّتَّبِعُ الرَّسُوۡلَ مِمَّنۡ يَّنۡقَلِبُ عَلٰى عَقِبَيۡهِ ؕ وَاِنۡ كَانَتۡ لَكَبِيۡرَةً اِلَّا عَلَى الَّذِيۡنَ هَدَى اللّٰهُ ؕ وَمَا كَانَ اللّٰهُ لِيُضِيْعَ اِيۡمَانَكُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ(البقرة :143)
Wakathalika ja'alnakum ommatan wasatan litakoonoo shuhadaa 'ala alnnasi wayakoona alrrasoolu 'alaykum shaheedan wama ja'alna alqiblata allatee kunta 'alayha illa lina'lama man yattabi'u alrrasoola mimman yanqalibu 'ala 'aqibayhi wain kanat lakabeeratan illa 'ala allatheena hada Allahu wama kana Allahu liyudee'a eemanakum inna Allaha bialnnasi laraoofun raheemun
Sahih International:
And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you. And We did not make the qiblah which you used to face except that We might make evident who would follow the Messenger from who would turn back on his heels. And indeed, it is difficult except for those whom Allah has guided. And never would Allah have caused you to lose your faith. Indeed Allah is, to the people, Kind and Merciful.
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ يَّشۡرِىۡ نَفۡسَهُ ابۡتِغَآءَ مَرۡضَاتِ اللّٰهِؕ وَ اللّٰهُ رَءُوۡفٌ ۢ بِالۡعِبَادِ(البقرة :207)
Wamina alnnasi man yashree nafsahu ibtighaa mardati Allahi waAllahu raoofun bial'ibadi
Sahih International:
And of the people is he who sells himself, seeking means to the approval of Allah . And Allah is kind to [His] servants.
يَوۡمَ تَجِدُ كُلُّ نَفۡسٍ مَّا عَمِلَتۡ مِنۡ خَيۡرٍ مُّحۡضَرًا ۖۚ ۛ وَّمَا عَمِلَتۡ مِنۡ سُوۡٓءٍ ۚۛ تَوَدُّ لَوۡ اَنَّ بَيۡنَهَا وَبَيۡنَهٗۤ اَمَدًاۢ بَعِيۡدًا ؕ وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللّٰهُ نَفۡسَهٗؕ وَاللّٰهُ رَءُوۡفٌۢ بِالۡعِبَادِ(آل عمران :30)
Yawma tajidu kullu nafsin ma 'amilat min khayrin muhdaran wama 'amilat min sooin tawaddu law anna baynaha wabaynahu amadan ba'eedan wayuhaththirukumu Allahu nafsahu waAllahu raoofun bial'ibadi
Sahih International:
The Day every soul will find what it has done of good present [before it] and what it has done of evil, it will wish that between itself and that [evil] was a great distance. And Allah warns you of Himself, and Allah is Kind to [His] servants."
لَـقَدۡ جَآءَكُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِكُمۡ عَزِيۡزٌ عَلَيۡهِ مَا عَنِتُّمۡ حَرِيۡصٌ عَلَيۡكُمۡ بِالۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ رَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ(التوبة :128)
Laqad jaakum rasoolun min anfusikum 'azeezun 'alayhi ma 'anittum hareesun 'alaykum bialmumineena raoofun raheemun
Sahih International:
There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind and merciful.
وَتَحۡمِلُ اَثۡقَالَـكُمۡ اِلٰى بَلَدٍ لَّمۡ تَكُوۡنُوۡا بٰلِغِيۡهِ اِلَّا بِشِقِّ الۡاَنۡفُسِؕ اِنَّ رَبَّكُمۡ لَرَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌۙ(النحل :7)
Watahmilu athqalakum ila baladin lam takoonoo baligheehi illa bishiqqi alanfusi inna rabbakum laraoofun raheemun
Sahih International:
And they carry your loads to a land you could not have reached except with difficulty to yourselves. Indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful.
هُوَ الَّذِىۡ يُنَزِّلُ عَلٰى عَبۡدِهٖۤ اٰيٰتٍۭ بَيِّنٰتٍ لِّيُخۡرِجَكُمۡ مِّنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوۡرِؕ وَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِكُمۡ لَرَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ(الحديد :9)
Huwa allathee yunazzilu 'ala 'abdihi ayatin bayyinatin liyukhrijakum mina alththulumati ila alnnoori wainna Allaha bikum laraoofun raheemun
Sahih International:
It is He who sends down upon His Servant [Muhammad] verses of clear evidence that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And indeed, Allah is to you Kind and Merciful.
وَالَّذِيۡنَ جَآءُوۡ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَا اغۡفِرۡ لَـنَا وَلِاِخۡوَانِنَا الَّذِيۡنَ سَبَقُوۡنَا بِالۡاِيۡمَانِ وَلَا تَجۡعَلۡ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّكَ رَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِيۡمٌ(الحشر :10)
Waallatheena jaoo min ba'dihim yaqooloona rabbana ighfir lana waliikhwanina allatheena sabaqoona bialeemani wala taj'al fee quloobina ghillan lillatheena amanoo rabbana innaka raoofun raheemun
Sahih International:
And [there is a share for] those who came after them, saying, "Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful."
