وَلَا يُنۡفِقُوۡنَ نَفَقَةً صَغِيۡرَةً وَّلَا كَبِيۡرَةً وَّلَا يَقۡطَعُوۡنَ وَادِيًا اِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُمۡ لِيَجۡزِيَهُمُ اللّٰهُ اَحۡسَنَ مَا كَانُوۡا يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ(التوبة :121)
Wala yunfiqoona nafaqatan sagheeratan wala kabeeratan wala yaqta'oona wadiyan illa kutiba lahum liyajziyahumu Allahu ahsana ma kanoo ya'maloona
Sahih International:
Nor do they spend an expenditure, small or large, or cross a valley but that it is registered for them that Allah may reward them for the best of what they were doing.
رَبَّنَاۤ اِنِّىۡۤ اَسۡكَنۡتُ مِنۡ ذُرِّيَّتِىۡ بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِىۡ زَرۡعٍ عِنۡدَ بَيۡتِكَ الۡمُحَرَّمِۙ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيۡمُوۡا الصَّلٰوةَ فَاجۡعَلۡ اَ فۡـٮِٕدَةً مِّنَ النَّاسِ تَهۡوِىۡۤ اِلَيۡهِمۡ وَارۡزُقۡهُمۡ مِّنَ الثَّمَرٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ(ابراهيم :37)
Rabbana innee askantu min thurriyyatee biwadin ghayri thee zar'in 'inda baytika almuharrami rabbana liyuqeemoo alssalata faij'al afidatan mina alnnasi tahwee ilayhim waorzuqhum mina alththamarati la'allahum yashkuroona
Sahih International:
Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in an uncultivated valley near Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So make hearts among the people incline toward them and provide for them from the fruits that they might be grateful.
اِنِّىۡۤ اَنَا رَبُّكَ فَاخۡلَعۡ نَـعۡلَيۡكَۚ اِنَّكَ بِالۡوَادِ الۡمُقَدَّسِ طُوًىؕ(طه :12)
Innee ana rabbuka faikhla' na'layka innaka bialwadi almuqaddasi tuwan
Sahih International:
Indeed, I am your Lord, so remove your sandals. Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa.
حَتّٰٓى اِذَاۤ اَتَوۡا عَلٰى وَادِ النَّمۡلِۙ قَالَتۡ نَمۡلَةٌ يّٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّمۡلُ ادۡخُلُوۡا مَسٰكِنَكُمۡۚ لَا يَحۡطِمَنَّكُمۡ سُلَيۡمٰنُ وَجُنُوۡدُهٗۙ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُوۡنَ(النمل :18)
Hatta itha ataw 'ala wadi alnnamli qalat namlatun ya ayyuha alnnamlu odkhuloo masakinakum la yahtimannakum sulaymanu wajunooduhu wahum la yash'uroona
Sahih International:
Until, when they came upon the valley of the ants, an ant said, "O ants, enter your dwellings that you not be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they perceive not."
فَلَمَّاۤ اَتٰٮهَا نُوۡدِىَ مِنۡ شَاطِیٴِ الۡوَادِ الۡاَيۡمَنِ فِى الۡبُقۡعَةِ الۡمُبٰرَكَةِ مِنَ الشَّجَرَةِ اَنۡ يّٰمُوۡسٰٓى اِنِّىۡۤ اَنَا اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ(القصص :30)
Falamma ataha noodiya min shatii alwadi alaymani fee albuq'ati almubarakati mina alshshajarati an ya moosa innee ana Allahu rabbu al'alameena
Sahih International:
But when he came to it, he was called from the right side of the valley in a blessed spot - from the tree, "O Moses, indeed I am Allah, Lord of the worlds."
فَلَمَّا رَاَوۡهُ عَارِضًا مُّسۡتَقۡبِلَ اَوۡدِيَتِهِمۡ ۙ قَالُوۡا هٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُّمۡطِرُنَا ؕ بَلۡ هُوَ مَا اسۡتَعۡجَلۡتُمۡ بِهٖ ۚ رِيۡحٌ فِيۡهَا عَذَابٌ اَ لِيۡمٌۙ(الأحقاف :24)
Falamma raawhu 'aridan mustaqbila awdiyatihim qaloo hatha 'aridun mumtiruna bal huwa ma ista'jaltum bihi reehun feeha 'athabun aleemun
Sahih International:
And when they saw it as a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, "This is a cloud bringing us rain!" Rather, it is that for which you were impatient; a wind, within it a painful punishment,
هَلۡ اَتٰٮكَ حَدِيۡثُ مُوۡسٰىۘ(النازعات :15)
Hal ataka hadeethu moosa
Sahih International:
Has there reached you the story of Moses? -
اِذۡ نَادٰٮهُ رَبُّهٗ بِالۡوَادِ الۡمُقَدَّسِ طُوًىۚ(النازعات :16)
Ith nadahu rabbuhu bialwadi almuqaddasi tuwan
Sahih International:
When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa,
اَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ(الفجر :6)
Alam tara kayfa fa'ala rabbuka bi'adin
Sahih International:
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad -
اِرَمَ ذَاتِ الۡعِمَادِ(الفجر :7)
