يُعْرَفُ
Will be known
ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
the criminals
بِسِيمَٰهُمْ
by their marks
فَيُؤْخَذُ
and will be seized
بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى
by the forelocks
وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ
and the feet

Yu'raful mujrimoona biseemaahum fa'yu'khazu binna waasi wal aqdaam

The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.

Tafsir

فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny?

Fabi ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan.

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

Tafsir

هَٰذِهِۦ
This
جَهَنَّمُ
(is) Hell
ٱلَّتِى
which
يُكَذِّبُ
deny
بِهَا
[of it]
ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
the criminals

Haazihee jahannamul latee yukazzibu bihal mujrimoon

This is Hell, which the criminals deny.

Tafsir

يَطُوفُونَ
They will go around
بَيْنَهَا
between it
وَبَيْنَ
and between
حَمِيمٍ
scalding water
ءَانٍ
heated

Yatoofoona bainahaa wa baina hameemim aan

They will circulate between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree].

فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny?

Fabi ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan.

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

Tafsir

وَلِمَنْ
But for (him) who
خَافَ
fears
مَقَامَ
(the) standing
رَبِّهِۦ
(before) his Lord
جَنَّتَانِ
(are) two gardens

Wa liman khaafa maqaama rabbihee jannataan

But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens –

فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny?

Fabi ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan.

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

Tafsir

ذَوَاتَآ
Having
أَفْنَانٍ
branches

Zawaataaa afnaan

Having [spreading] branches.

Tafsir

فَبِأَىِّ
So which
ءَالَآءِ
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ
will you both deny?

Fabi ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan.

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِمَا
In both of them
عَيْنَانِ
(are) two springs
تَجْرِيَانِ
flowing

Feehimaa 'aynaani tajriyaan

In both of them are two springs, flowing.
