إِنَّآ
Indeed We
أَنزَلْنَٰهُ
revealed it
فِى
in
لَيْلَةِ
(the) Night
ٱلْقَدْرِ
(of) Power
Innaa anzalnaahu fee lailatil qadr
Indeed, We sent it [i.e., the Quran] down during the Night of Decree.
وَمَآ
And what
أَدْرَىٰكَ
can make you know
مَا
what
لَيْلَةُ
(the) Night
ٱلْقَدْرِ
(of) Power (is)?
Wa maa adraaka ma lailatul qadr
And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?
لَيْلَةُ
(The) Night
ٱلْقَدْرِ
(of) Power
خَيْرٌ
(is) better
مِّنْ
than
أَلْفِ
a thousand
شَهْرٍ
month(s)
Lailatul qadri khairum min alfee shahr
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.
تَنَزَّلُ
Descend
ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
the Angels
وَٱلرُّوحُ
and the Spirit
فِيهَا
therein
بِإِذْنِ
by (the) permission
رَبِّهِم
(of) their Lord
مِّن
for
كُلِّ
every
أَمْرٍ
affair
Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr
The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
سَلَٰمٌ
Peace
هِىَ
it (is)
حَتَّىٰ
until
مَطْلَعِ
(the) emergence
ٱلْفَجْرِ
(of) the dawn
Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la'il fajr
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.
