اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَۙ ( الشرح: ١ )

N'avons-Nous pas ouvert pour toi ta poitrine?
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَۙ ( الشرح: ٢ )
wawaḍaʿnā
وَوَضَعْنَا
And We removed
Et avons enlevé
ʿanka
عَنكَ
from you
(de) toi
wiz'raka
وِزْرَكَ
your burden
ton fardeau
Et ne t'avons-Nous pas déchargé du fardeau
الَّذِيْٓ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَۙ ( الشرح: ٣ )
alladhī
ٱلَّذِىٓ
Which

anqaḍa
أَنقَضَ
weighed upon
a surchargé
ẓahraka
ظَهْرَكَ
your back
ton dos ?
qui accablait ton dos?
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَۗ ( الشرح: ٤ )

وَرَفَعْنَا
And We raised high
Et avons élevé
laka
لَكَ
for you
pour toi
dhik'raka
ذِكْرَكَ
your esteem
ton rappel ?
Et exalté pour toi ta renommée?
فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًاۙ ( الشرح: ٥ )
fa-inna
فَإِنَّ
So indeed
Alors certes,
maʿa
مَعَ

l-ʿus'ri
ٱلْعُسْرِ
the hardship
la difficulté
yus'ran
يُسْرًا
(is) ease
(il y a) de la facilité.
A côté de la difficulté est, certes, une facilité!
اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًاۗ ( الشرح: ٦ )

فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْۙ ( الشرح: ٧ )

fa-inṣab
فَٱنصَبْ
then stand up
alors met en place
Quand tu te libères, donc, lève-toi,
وَاِلٰى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ ࣖ ( الشرح: ٨ )
wa-ilā
وَإِلَىٰ
And to
et auprès de
rabbika
رَبِّكَ
your Lord
ton Maître
fa-ir'ghab
فَٱرْغَب
turn your attention
alors place tes désirs.
et à ton Seigneur aspire.
