وَاِذَا تَوَلّٰى سَعٰى فِى الۡاَرۡضِ لِيُفۡسِدَ فِيۡهَا وَيُهۡلِكَ الۡحَـرۡثَ وَالنَّسۡلَؕ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الۡفَسَادَ(البقرة :205)
Waitha tawalla sa'a fee alardi liyufsida feeha wayuhlika alhartha waalnnasla waAllahu la yuhibbu alfasada
Sahih International:
And when he goes away, he strives throughout the land to cause corruption therein and destroy crops and animals. And Allah does not like corruption.
مَثَلُ مَا يُنۡفِقُوۡنَ فِىۡ هٰذِهِ الۡحَيٰوةِ الدُّنۡيَا كَمَثَلِ رِيۡحٍ فِيۡهَا صِرٌّ اَصَابَتۡ حَرۡثَ قَوۡمٍ ظَلَمُوۡۤا اَنۡفُسَهُمۡ فَاَهۡلَكَتۡهُ ؕ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ اللّٰهُ وَلٰـكِنۡ اَنۡفُسَهُمۡ يَظۡلِمُوۡنَ (آل عمران :117)
Mathalu ma yunfiqoona fee hathihi alhayati alddunya kamathali reehin feeha sirrun asabat hartha qawmin thalamoo anfusahum faahlakathu wama thalamahumu Allahu walakin anfusahum yathlimoona
Sahih International:
The example of what they spend in this worldly life is like that of a wind containing frost which strikes the harvest of a people who have wronged themselves and destroys it. And Allah has not wronged them, but they wrong themselves.
وَجَعَلُوۡا لِلّٰهِ مِمَّا ذَرَاَ مِنَ الۡحَـرۡثِ وَالۡاَنۡعَامِ نَصِيۡبًا فَقَالُوۡا هٰذَا لِلّٰهِ بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ وَهٰذَا لِشُرَكَآٮِٕنَا ۚ فَمَا كَانَ لِشُرَكَآٮِٕهِمۡ فَلَا يَصِلُ اِلَى اللّٰهِ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ لِلّٰهِ فَهُوَ يَصِلُ اِلٰى شُرَكَآٮِٕهِمۡ ؕ سَآءَ مَا يَحۡكُمُوۡنَ(الأنعام :136)
Waja'aloo lillahi mimma tharaa mina alharthi waalan'ami naseeban faqaloo hatha lillahi biza'mihim wahatha lishurakaina fama kana lishurakaihim fala yasilu ila Allahi wama kana lillahi fahuwa yasilu ila shurakaihim saa ma yahkumoona
Sahih International:
And the polytheists assign to Allah from that which He created of crops and livestock a share and say, "This is for Allah," by their claim, " and this is for our partners [associated with Him]." But what is for their "partners" does not reach Allah, while what is for Allah - this reaches their "partners." Evil is that which they rule.
وَقَالُوۡا هٰذِهٖۤ اَنۡعَامٌ وَّحَرۡثٌ حِجۡرٌ ۖ لَّا يَطۡعَمُهَاۤ اِلَّا مَنۡ نَّشَآءُ بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ وَاَنۡعَامٌ حُرِّمَتۡ ظُهُوۡرُهَا وَاَنۡعَامٌ لَّا يَذۡكُرُوۡنَ اسۡمَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيۡهَا افۡتِرَآءً عَلَيۡهِ ؕ سَيَجۡزِيۡهِمۡ بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَفۡتَرُوۡنَ(الأنعام :138)
Waqaloo hathihi an'amun waharthun hijrun la yat'amuha illa man nashao biza'mihim waan'amun hurrimat thuhooruha waan'amun la yathkuroona isma Allahi 'alayha iftiraan 'alayhi sayajzeehim bima kanoo yaftaroona
Sahih International:
And they say, "These animals and crops are forbidden; no one may eat from them except whom we will," by their claim. And there are those [camels] whose backs are forbidden [by them] and those upon which the name of Allah is not mentioned - [all of this] an invention of untruth about Him. He will punish them for what they were inventing.
وَهُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَنۡشَاَ جَنّٰتٍ مَّعۡرُوۡشٰتٍ وَّغَيۡرَ مَعۡرُوۡشٰتٍ وَّالنَّخۡلَ وَالزَّرۡعَ مُخۡتَلِفًا اُكُلُهٗ وَالزَّيۡتُوۡنَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَابِهًا وَّغَيۡرَ مُتَشَابِهٍ ؕ كُلُوۡا مِنۡ ثَمَرِهٖۤ اِذَاۤ اَثۡمَرَ وَاٰتُوۡا حَقَّهٗ يَوۡمَ حَصَادِهٖ ۖ وَلَا تُسۡرِفُوۡا ؕ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُحِبُّ الۡمُسۡرِفِيۡنَ(الأنعام :141)
Wahuwa allathee anshaa jannatin ma'rooshatin waghayra ma'rooshatin waalnnakhla waalzzar'a mukhtalifan okuluhu waalzzaytoona waalrrummana mutashabihan waghayra mutashabihin kuloo min thamarihi itha athmara waatoo haqqahu yawma hasadihi wala tusrifoo innahu la yuhibbu almusrifeena
Sahih International:
And He it is who causes gardens to grow, [both] trellised and untrellised, and palm trees and crops of different [kinds of] food and olives and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Eat of [each of] its fruit when it yields and give its due [zakah] on the day of its harvest. And be not excessive. Indeed, He does not like those who commit excess.
يُنۡۢبِتُ لَـكُمۡ بِهِ الزَّرۡعَ وَالزَّيۡتُوۡنَ وَالنَّخِيۡلَ وَالۡاَعۡنَابَ وَمِنۡ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّـقَوۡمٍ يَّتَفَكَّرُوۡنَ(النحل :11)
Yunbitu lakum bihi alzzar'a waalzzaytoona waalnnakheela waala'naba wamin kulli alththamarati inna fee thalika laayatan liqawmin yatafakkaroona
Sahih International:
He causes to grow for you thereby the crops, olives, palm trees, grapevines, and from all the fruits. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.
وَاضۡرِبۡ لَهُمۡ مَّثَلًا رَّجُلَيۡنِ جَعَلۡنَا لِاَحَدِهِمَا جَنَّتَيۡنِ مِنۡ اَعۡنَابٍ وَّحَفَفۡنٰهُمَا بِنَخۡلٍ وَّجَعَلۡنَا بَيۡنَهُمَا زَرۡعًا(الكهف :32)
Waidrib lahum mathalan rajulayni ja'alna liahadihima jannatayni min a'nabin wahafafnahuma binakhlin waja'alna baynahuma zar'an
Sahih International:
And present to them an example of two men; We granted to one of them two gardens of grapevines, and We bordered them with palm trees and placed between them [fields of] crops.
كِلۡتَا الۡجَـنَّتَيۡنِ اٰتَتۡ اُكُلَهَا وَلَمۡ تَظۡلِمۡ مِّنۡهُ شَيۡــًٔـا ۙ وَّفَجَّرۡنَا خِلٰـلَهُمَا نَهَرًا ۙ(الكهف :33)
Kilta aljannatayni atat okulaha walam tathlim minhu shayan wafajjarna khilalahuma naharan
Sahih International:
Each of the two gardens produced its fruit and did not fall short thereof in anything. And We caused to gush forth within them a river.
وَلَٮِٕنۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا رِيۡحًا فَرَاَوۡهُ مُصۡفَرًّا لَّظَلُّوۡا مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِهٖ يَكۡفُرُوۡنَ(الروم :51)
Walain arsalna reehan faraawhu musfarran lathalloo min ba'dihi yakfuroona
Sahih International:
But if We should send a [bad] wind and they saw [their crops] turned yellow, they would remain thereafter disbelievers.
اَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡا اَنَّا نَسُوۡقُ الۡمَآءَ اِلَى الۡاَرۡضِ الۡجُرُزِ فَنُخۡرِجُ بِهٖ زَرۡعًا تَاۡكُلُ مِنۡهُ اَنۡعَامُهُمۡ وَاَنۡفُسُهُمۡؕ اَفَلَا يُبۡصِرُوۡنَ(السجدة :27)
Awalam yaraw anna nasooqu almaa ila alardi aljuruzi fanukhriju bihi zar'an takulu minhu an'amuhum waanfusuhum afala yubsiroona
Sahih International:
Have they not seen that We drive the water [in clouds] to barren land and bring forth thereby crops from which their livestock eat and [they] themselves? Then do they not see?
