وَاِذۡ قَالَ اِبۡرٰهٖمُ رَبِّ اَرِنِىۡ كَيۡفَ تُحۡىِ الۡمَوۡتٰى ؕ قَالَ اَوَلَمۡ تُؤۡمِنۡؕ قَالَ بَلٰى وَلٰـكِنۡ لِّيَطۡمَٮِٕنَّ قَلۡبِىۡؕ قَالَ فَخُذۡ اَرۡبَعَةً مِّنَ الطَّيۡرِ فَصُرۡهُنَّ اِلَيۡكَ ثُمَّ اجۡعَلۡ عَلٰى كُلِّ جَبَلٍ مِّنۡهُنَّ جُزۡءًا ثُمَّ ادۡعُهُنَّ يَاۡتِيۡنَكَ سَعۡيًا ؕ وَاعۡلَمۡ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيۡزٌ حَكِيۡمٌ(البقرة :260)
Waith qala ibraheemu rabbi arinee kayfa tuhyee almawta qala awalam tumin qala bala walakin liyatmainna qalbee qala fakhuth arba'atan mina alttayri fasurhunna ilayka thumma ij'al 'ala kulli jabalin minhunna juzan thumma od'uhunna yateenaka sa'yan wai'lam anna Allaha 'azeezun hakeemun
Sahih International:
And [mention] when Abraham said, "My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead." [ Allah ] said, "Have you not believed?" He said, "Yes, but [I ask] only that my heart may be satisfied." [ Allah ] said, "Take four birds and commit them to yourself. Then [after slaughtering them] put on each hill a portion of them; then call them - they will come [flying] to you in haste. And know that Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise."
وَرَسُوۡلًا اِلٰى بَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرٰٓءِيۡلَ ۙ اَنِّىۡ قَدۡ جِئۡتُكُمۡ بِاٰيَةٍ مِّنۡ رَّبِّكُمۡ ۙۚ اَنِّىۡۤ اَخۡلُقُ لَـكُمۡ مِّنَ الطِّيۡنِ كَهَیْـــَٔةِ الطَّيۡرِ فَاَنۡفُخُ فِيۡهِ فَيَكُوۡنُ طَيۡرًاۢ بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰهِۚ وَاُبۡرِئُ الۡاَكۡمَهَ وَالۡاَبۡرَصَ وَاُحۡىِ الۡمَوۡتٰى بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰهِۚ وَ اُنَبِّئُكُمۡ بِمَا تَاۡكُلُوۡنَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُوۡنَۙ فِىۡ بُيُوۡتِكُمۡؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰيَةً لَّـكُمۡ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِيۡنَۚ(آل عمران :49)
Warasoolan ila banee israeela annee qad jitukum biayatin min rabbikum annee akhluqu lakum mina altteeni kahayati alttayri faanfukhu feehi fayakoonu tayran biithni Allahi waobrio alakmaha waalabrasa waohyee almawta biithni Allahi waonabbiokum bima takuloona wama taddakhiroona fee buyootikum inna fee thalika laayatan lakum in kuntum mumineena
Sahih International:
And [make him] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allah . And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.
اِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰهُ يٰعِيۡسَى ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ اذۡكُرۡ نِعۡمَتِىۡ عَلَيۡكَ وَعَلٰى وَالِدَتِكَ ۘ اِذۡ اَيَّدْتُكَ بِرُوۡحِ الۡقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِىۡ الۡمَهۡدِ وَكَهۡلًا ۚوَاِذۡ عَلَّمۡتُكَ الۡـكِتٰبَ وَالۡحِكۡمَةَ وَالتَّوۡرٰٮةَ وَالۡاِنۡجِيۡلَ ۚ وَاِذۡ تَخۡلُقُ مِنَ الطِّيۡنِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيۡرِ بِاِذۡنِىۡ فَتَـنۡفُخُ فِيۡهَا فَتَكُوۡنُ طَيۡرًۢا بِاِذۡنِىۡ وَ تُبۡرِئُ الۡاَكۡمَهَ وَالۡاَبۡرَصَ بِاِذۡنِىۡ ۚ وَاِذۡ تُخۡرِجُ الۡمَوۡتٰى بِاِذۡنِىۡ ۚ وَاِذۡ كَفَفۡتُ بَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِيۡلَ عَنۡكَ اِذۡ جِئۡتَهُمۡ بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡهُمۡ اِنۡ هٰذَاۤ اِلَّا سِحۡرٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ(المائدة :110)
Ith qala Allahu ya 'eesa ibna maryama othkur ni'matee 'alayka wa'ala walidatika ith ayyadtuka biroohi alqudusi tukallimu alnnasa fee almahdi wakahlan waith 'allamtuka alkitaba waalhikmata waalttawrata waalinjeela waith takhluqu mina altteeni kahayati alttayri biithnee fatanfukhu feeha fatakoonu tayran biithnee watubrio alakmaha waalabrasa biithnee waith tukhriju almawta biithnee waith kafaftu banee israeela 'anka ith jitahum bialbayyinati faqala allatheena kafaroo minhum in hatha illa sihrun mubeenun
Sahih International:
[The Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic."
وَمَا مِنۡ دَآبَّةٍ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ وَلَا طٰۤٮِٕرٍ يَّطِيۡرُ بِجَنَاحَيۡهِ اِلَّاۤ اُمَمٌ اَمۡثَالُـكُمۡؕ مَا فَرَّطۡنَا فِى الۡـكِتٰبِ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍ ثُمَّ اِلٰى رَبِّهِمۡ يُحۡشَرُوۡنَ(الأنعام :38)
Wama min dabbatin fee alardi wala tairin yateeru bijanahayhi illa omamun amthalukum ma farratna fee alkitabi min shayin thumma ila rabbihim yuhsharoona
Sahih International:
And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered.
وَدَخَلَ مَعَهُ السِّجۡنَ فَتَيٰنِؕ قَالَ اَحَدُهُمَاۤ اِنِّىۡۤ اَرٰٮنِىۡۤ اَعۡصِرُ خَمۡرًا ۚ وَقَالَ الۡاٰخَرُ اِنِّىۡۤ اَرٰٮنِىۡۤ اَحۡمِلُ فَوۡقَ رَاۡسِىۡ خُبۡزًا تَاۡكُلُ الطَّيۡرُ مِنۡهُ ؕ نَبِّئۡنَا بِتَاۡوِيۡلِهٖ ۚ اِنَّا نَرٰٮكَ مِنَ الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ(يوسف :36)
Wadakhala ma'ahu alssijna fatayani qala ahaduhuma innee aranee a'siru khamran waqala alakharu innee aranee ahmilu fawqa rasee khubzan takulu alttayru minhu nabbina bitaweelihi inna naraka mina almuhsineena
Sahih International:
And there entered the prison with him two young men. One of them said, "Indeed, I have seen myself [in a dream] pressing wine." The other said, "Indeed, I have seen myself carrying upon my head [some] bread, from which the birds were eating. Inform us of its interpretation; indeed, we see you to be of those who do good."
يٰصَاحِبَىِ السِّجۡنِ اَمَّاۤ اَحَدُكُمَا فَيَسۡقِىۡ رَبَّهٗ خَمۡرًاۚ وَاَمَّا الۡاٰخَرُ فَيُصۡلَبُ فَتَاۡكُلُ الطَّيۡرُ مِنۡ رَّاۡسِهٖؕ قُضِىَ الۡاَمۡرُ الَّذِىۡ فِيۡهِ تَسۡتَفۡتِيٰنِؕ(يوسف :41)
Ya sahibayi alssijni amma ahadukuma fayasqee rabbahu khamran waamma alakharu fayuslabu fatakulu alttayru min rasihi qudiya alamru allathee feehi tastaftiyani
Sahih International:
O two companions of prison, as for one of you, he will give drink to his master of wine; but as for the other, he will be crucified, and the birds will eat from his head. The matter has been decreed about which you both inquire."
اَلَمۡ يَرَوۡا اِلَى الطَّيۡرِ مُسَخَّرٰتٍ فِىۡ جَوِّ السَّمَآءِ ؕ مَا يُمۡسِكُهُنَّ اِلَّا اللّٰهُؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ يُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ(النحل :79)
Alam yaraw ila alttayri musakhkharatin fee jawwi alssamai ma yumsikuhunna illa Allahu inna fee thalika laayatin liqawmin yuminoona
Sahih International:
Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah . Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.
وَلَـقَدِ اسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِيۡنَ سَخِرُوۡا مِنۡهُمۡ مَّا كَانُوۡا بِهٖ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُوۡنَ(الأنبياء :41)
Walaqadi istuhzia birusulin min qablika fahaqa biallatheena sakhiroo minhum ma kanoo bihi yastahzioona
Sahih International:
And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
فَفَهَّمۡنٰهَا سُلَيۡمٰنَۚ وَكُلًّا اٰتَيۡنَا حُكۡمًا وَّعِلۡمًا وَّسَخَّرۡنَا مَعَ دَاوٗدَ الۡجِبَالَ يُسَبِّحۡنَ وَالطَّيۡرَ ؕ وَكُنَّا فٰعِلِيۡنَ(الأنبياء :79)
Fafahhamnaha sulaymana wakullan atayna hukman wa'ilman wasakhkharna ma'a dawooda aljibala yusabbihna waalttayra wakunna fa'ileena
Sahih International:
And We gave understanding of the case to Solomon, and to each [of them] We gave judgement and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains to exalt [Us], along with David and [also] the birds. And We were doing [that].
حُنَفَآءَ لِلّٰهِ غَيۡرَ مُشۡرِكِيۡنَ بِهٖؕ وَمَنۡ يُّشۡرِكۡ بِاللّٰهِ فَكَاَنَّمَا خَرَّ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَتَخۡطَفُهُ الطَّيۡرُ اَوۡ تَهۡوِىۡ بِهِ الرِّيۡحُ فِىۡ مَكَانٍ سَحِيۡقٍ(الحج :31)
Hunafaa lillahi ghayra mushrikeena bihi waman yushrik biAllahi fakaannama kharra mina alssamai fatakhtafuhu alttayru aw tahwee bihi alrreehu fee makanin saheeqin
Sahih International:
Inclining [only] to Allah, not associating [anything] with Him. And he who associates with Allah - it is as though he had fallen from the sky and was snatched by the birds or the wind carried him down into a remote place.
