وَالْمُرْسَلٰتِ عُرْفًاۙ ( المرسلات: ١ )
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts
فَالْعٰصِفٰتِ عَصْفًاۙ ( المرسلات: ٢ )
And the winds that blow violently
وَّالنّٰشِرٰتِ نَشْرًاۙ ( المرسلات: ٣ )
And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]
فَالْفٰرِقٰتِ فَرْقًاۙ ( المرسلات: ٤ )
And those [angels] who bring criterion
فَالْمُلْقِيٰتِ ذِكْرًاۙ ( المرسلات: ٥ )
And those [angels] who deliver a message.
عُذْرًا اَوْ نُذْرًاۙ ( المرسلات: ٦ )
As justification or warning,
اِنَّمَا تُوْعَدُوْنَ لَوَاقِعٌۗ ( المرسلات: ٧ )
Indeed, what you are promised is to occur.
فَاِذَا النُّجُوْمُ طُمِسَتْۙ ( المرسلات: ٨ )
So when the stars are obliterated
وَاِذَا السَّمَاۤءُ فُرِجَتْۙ ( المرسلات: ٩ )
And when the heaven is opened
وَاِذَا الْجِبَالُ نُسِفَتْۙ ( المرسلات: ١٠ )
And when the mountains are blown away
