اَمۡ كُنۡتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ اِذۡ حَضَرَ يَعۡقُوۡبَ الۡمَوۡتُۙ اِذۡ قَالَ لِبَنِيۡهِ مَا تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِىۡؕ قَالُوۡا نَعۡبُدُ اِلٰهَكَ وَاِلٰهَ اٰبَآٮِٕكَ اِبۡرٰهٖمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ اِلٰهًا وَّاحِدًا ۖۚ وَّنَحۡنُ لَهٗ مُسۡلِمُوۡنَ(البقرة :133)
Am kuntum shuhadaa ith hadara ya'qooba almawtu ith qala libaneehi ma ta'budoona min ba'dee qaloo na'budu ilahaka wailaha abaika ibraheema waisma'eela waishaqa ilahan wahidan wanahnu lahu muslimoona
Sahih International:
Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We will worship your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God. And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."
قُوۡلُوۡٓا اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ وَمَآ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَيۡنَا وَمَآ اُنۡزِلَ اِلٰٓى اِبۡرٰهٖمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ وَ الۡاَسۡبَاطِ وَمَآ اُوۡتِىَ مُوۡسٰى وَعِيۡسٰى وَمَآ اُوۡتِىَ النَّبِيُّوۡنَ مِنۡ رَّبِّهِمۡۚ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيۡنَ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡهُمۡ وَنَحۡنُ لَهٗ مُسۡلِمُوۡنَ(البقرة :136)
Qooloo amanna biAllahi wama onzila ilayna wama onzila ila ibraheema waisma'eela waishaqa waya'qooba waalasbati wama ootiya moosa wa'eesa wama ootiya alnnabiyyoona min rabbihim la nufarriqu bayna ahadin minhum wanahnu lahu muslimoona
Sahih International:
Say, [O believers], "We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."
اَمۡ تَقُوۡلُوۡنَ اِنَّ اِبۡرٰهٖمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ وَالۡاَسۡبَاطَ كَانُوۡا هُوۡدًا اَوۡ نَصٰرٰىؕ قُلۡ ءَاَنۡـتُمۡ اَعۡلَمُ اَمِ اللّٰهُ ؕ وَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنۡ كَتَمَ شَهَادَةً عِنۡدَهٗ مِنَ اللّٰهِؕ وَمَا اللّٰهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ(البقرة :140)
Am taqooloona inna ibraheema waisma'eela waishaqa waya'qooba waalasbata kanoo hoodan aw nasara qul aantum a'lamu ami Allahu waman athlamu mimman katama shahadatan 'indahu mina Allahi wama Allahu bighafilin 'amma ta'maloona
Sahih International:
Or do you say that Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants were Jews or Christians? Say, "Are you more knowing or is Allah ?" And who is more unjust than one who conceals a testimony he has from Allah ? And Allah is not unaware of what you do.
قُلۡ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ وَمَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ عَلَيۡنَا وَمَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ عَلٰٓى اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَ اِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ وَالۡاَسۡبَاطِ وَمَاۤ اُوۡتِىَ مُوۡسٰى وَ عِيۡسٰى وَالنَّبِيُّوۡنَ مِنۡ رَّبِّهِمۡ ۖ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيۡنَ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡهُمۡ وَنَحۡنُ لَهٗ مُسۡلِمُوۡنَ(آل عمران :84)

اِنَّاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ كَمَاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلٰى نُوۡحٍ وَّالنَّبِيّٖنَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِهٖ ۚ وَاَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلٰٓى اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ وَالۡاَسۡبَاطِ وَعِيۡسٰى وَاَيُّوۡبَ وَيُوۡنُسَ وَهٰرُوۡنَ وَسُلَيۡمٰنَ ۚ وَاٰتَيۡنَا دَاوٗدَ زَبُوۡرًا(النساء :163)
Inna awhayna ilayka kama awhayna ila noohin waalnnabiyyeena min ba'dihi waawhayna ila ibraheema waisma'eela waishaqa waya'qooba waalasbati wa'eesa waayyooba wayoonusa waharoona wasulaymana waatayna dawooda zabooran
Sahih International:
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].
وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهٗۤ اِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَؕ كُلًّا هَدَيۡنَا ۚ وَنُوۡحًا هَدَيۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَمِنۡ ذُرِّيَّتِهٖ دَاوٗدَ وَسُلَيۡمٰنَ وَاَيُّوۡبَ وَيُوۡسُفَ وَمُوۡسٰى وَ هٰرُوۡنَؕ وَكَذٰلِكَ نَجۡزِى الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَۙ (الأنعام :84)
Wawahabna lahu ishaqa waya'qooba kullan hadayna wanoohan hadayna min qablu wamin thurriyyatihi dawooda wasulaymana waayyooba wayoosufa wamoosa waharoona wakathalika najzee almuhsineena
Sahih International:
And We gave to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - all [of them] We guided. And Noah, We guided before; and among his descendants, David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward the doers of good.
وَامۡرَاَ تُهٗ قَآٮِٕمَةٌ فَضَحِكَتۡ فَبَشَّرۡنٰهَا بِاِسۡحٰقَ ۙ وَمِنۡ وَّرَآءِ اِسۡحٰقَ يَعۡقُوۡبَ(هود :71)
Waimraatuhu qaimatun fadahikat fabashsharnaha biishaqa wamin warai ishaqa ya'qooba
Sahih International:
And his Wife was standing, and she smiled. Then We gave her good tidings of Isaac and after Isaac, Jacob.
وَاتَّبَعۡتُ مِلَّةَ اٰبَآءِىۡۤ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَؕ مَا كَانَ لَنَاۤ اَنۡ نُّشۡرِكَ بِاللّٰهِ مِنۡ شَىۡءٍؕ ذٰلِكَ مِنۡ فَضۡلِ اللّٰهِ عَلَيۡنَا وَعَلَى النَّاسِ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكۡثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُوۡنَ(يوسف :38)
Waittaba'tu millata abaee ibraheema waishaqa waya'qooba ma kana lana an nushrika biAllahi min shayin thalika min fadli Allahi 'alayna wa'ala alnnasi walakinna akthara alnnasi la yashkuroona
Sahih International:
And I have followed the religion of my fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And it was not for us to associate anything with Allah . That is from the favor of Allah upon us and upon the people, but most of the people are not grateful.
قَالَ يٰبُنَىَّ لَا تَقۡصُصۡ رُءۡيَاكَ عَلٰٓى اِخۡوَتِكَ فَيَكِيۡدُوۡا لَـكَ كَيۡدًا ؕ اِنَّ الشَّيۡطٰنَ لِلۡاِنۡسَانِ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِيۡنٌ(يوسف :5)
Qala ya bunayya la taqsus ruyaka 'ala ikhwatika fayakeedoo laka kaydan inna alshshaytana lilinsani 'aduwwun mubeenun
Sahih International:
He said, "O my son, do not relate your vision to your brothers or they will contrive against you a plan. Indeed Satan, to man, is a manifest enemy.
وَكَذٰلِكَ يَجۡتَبِيۡكَ رَبُّكَ وَيُعَلِّمُكَ مِنۡ تَاۡوِيۡلِ الۡاَحَادِيۡثِ وَيُتِمُّ نِعۡمَتَهٗ عَلَيۡكَ وَعَلٰٓى اٰلِ يَعۡقُوۡبَ كَمَاۤ اَتَمَّهَا عَلٰٓى اَبَوَيۡكَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ ؕ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ عَلِيۡمٌ حَكِيۡمٌ(يوسف :6)
Wakathalika yajtabeeka rabbuka wayu'allimuka min taweeli alahadeethi wayutimmu ni'matahu 'alayka wa'ala ali ya'qooba kama atammaha 'ala abawayka min qablu ibraheema waishaqa inna rabbaka 'aleemun hakeemun
Sahih International:
And thus will your Lord choose you and teach you the interpretation of narratives and complete His favor upon you and upon the family of Jacob, as He completed it upon your fathers before, Abraham and Isaac. Indeed, your Lord is Knowing and Wise."
