اَلرَّحْمٰنُۙ ( الرحمن: ١ )
al-raḥmānu
ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
The Most Gracious
L’Extrêmement Miséricordieux en Son Essence
عَلَّمَ الْقُرْاٰنَۗ ( الرحمن: ٢ )
ʿallama
عَلَّمَ
He taught
a enseigné
l-qur'āna
ٱلْقُرْءَانَ
the Quran
Le Coran,
خَلَقَ الْاِنْسَانَۙ ( الرحمن: ٣ )
khalaqa
خَلَقَ
He created
a créé
l-insāna
ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ
[the] man
l’humain,
عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ ( الرحمن: ٤ )
ʿallamahu
عَلَّمَهُ
He taught him
lui a enseigné
l-bayāna
ٱلْبَيَانَ
[the] speech
l’explication.
Il lui a appris à s'exprimer clairement.
اَلشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍۙ ( الرحمن: ٥ )
al-shamsu
ٱلشَّمْسُ
The sun
Le soleil
wal-qamaru
وَٱلْقَمَرُ
and the moon
et la lune
biḥus'bānin
بِحُسْبَانٍ
by (precise) calculation
(bougent) avec un calcul.
Le soleil et la lune [évoluent] selon un calcul [minutieux].
وَّالنَّجْمُ وَالشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ ( الرحمن: ٦ )
wal-najmu
وَٱلنَّجْمُ
And the stars
Et les étoiles
wal-shajaru
وَٱلشَّجَرُ
and the trees
et les arbres
yasjudāni
يَسْجُدَانِ
both prostrate
se prosternent.
Et l'herbe et les arbres se prosternent.
وَالسَّمَاۤءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْمِيْزَانَۙ ( الرحمن: ٧ )
wal-samāa
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ
And the heaven
Et le ciel
rafaʿahā
رَفَعَهَا
He raised it
Il l’a fait monter
wawaḍaʿa
وَوَضَعَ
and He has set up
et a placé
l-mīzāna
ٱلْمِيزَانَ
the balance
la balance
Et quant au ciel, Il l'a élevé bien haut. Et Il a établi la balance,
اَلَّا تَطْغَوْا فِى الْمِيْزَانِ ( الرحمن: ٨ )
allā
أَلَّا
That not
(afin) que ne pas
taṭghaw
تَطْغَوْا۟
you may transgress
vous dépassiez les limites
l-mīzāni
ٱلْمِيزَانِ
the balance
la balance.
afin que vous ne transgressiez pas dans la pesée:
وَاَقِيْمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِيْزَانَ ( الرحمن: ٩ )
wa-aqīmū
وَأَقِيمُوا۟
And establish
Et établissez
l-wazna
ٱلْوَزْنَ
the weight
la mesure du poids
bil-qis'ṭi
بِٱلْقِسْطِ
in justice
avec la justice
walā
وَلَا
and (do) not
et ne
tukh'sirū
تُخْسِرُوا۟
make deficient
rendez (pas) déficiente
l-mīzāna
ٱلْمِيزَانَ
the balance
la balance.
Donnez [toujours] le poids exact et ne faussez pas la pesée.
وَالْاَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْاَنَامِۙ ( الرحمن: ١٠ )
wal-arḍa
وَٱلْأَرْضَ
And the earth
Et la terre
waḍaʿahā
وَضَعَهَا
He laid it
Il l’a placée
lil'anāmi
لِلْأَنَامِ
for the creatures
pour les créatures.
Quant à la terre, Il l'a étendue pour les êtres vivants:
