وَ اِنۡ تَعۡجَبۡ فَعَجَبٌ قَوۡلُهُمۡ ءَاِذَا كُنَّا تُرٰبًا ءَاِنَّا لَفِىۡ خَلۡقٍ جَدِيۡدٍ ؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا بِرَبِّهِمۡۚ وَاُولٰۤٮِٕكَ الۡاَغۡلٰلُ فِىۡۤ اَعۡنَاقِهِمۡۚ وَاُولٰۤٮِٕكَ اَصۡحٰبُ النَّارِۚ هُمۡ فِيۡهَا خٰلِدُوۡنَ(الرعد :5)
Wain ta'jab fa'ajabun qawluhum aitha kunna turaban ainna lafee khalqin jadeedin olaika allatheena kafaroo birabbihim waolaika alaghlalu fee a'naqihim waolaika ashabu alnnari hum feeha khalidoona
Sahih International:
And if you are astonished, [O Muhammad] - then astonishing is their saying, "When we are dust, will we indeed be [brought] into a new creation?" Those are the ones who have disbelieved in their Lord, and those will have shackles upon their necks, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
وَقَالُوۡۤا ءَاِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَّرُفَاتًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوۡثُوۡنَ خَلۡقًا جَدِيۡدًا(الإسراء :49)
Waqaloo aitha kunna 'ithaman warufatan ainna lamab'oothoona khalqan jadeedan
Sahih International:
And they say, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected as a new creation?"
ذٰلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُمۡ بِاَنَّهُمۡ كَفَرُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِنَا وَقَالُوۡۤا ءَاِذَا كُنَّا عِظَامًا وَّرُفَاتًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوۡثُوۡنَ خَلۡقًا جَدِيۡدًا(الإسراء :98)
Thalika jazaohum biannahum kafaroo biayatina waqaloo aitha kunna 'ithaman warufatan ainna lamab'oothoona khalqan jadeedan
Sahih International:
That is their recompense because they disbelieved in Our verses and said, "When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected [in] a new creation?"
قَالَ لَهٗ صَاحِبُهٗ وَهُوَ يُحَاوِرُهٗۤ اَكَفَرۡتَ بِالَّذِىۡ خَلَقَكَ مِنۡ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ نُّـطۡفَةٍ ثُمَّ سَوّٰٮكَ رَجُلًاؕ(الكهف :37)
Qala lahu sahibuhu wahuwa yuhawiruhu akafarta biallathee khalaqaka min turabin thumma min nutfatin thumma sawwaka rajulan
Sahih International:
His companion said to him while he was conversing with him, "Have you disbelieved in He who created you from dust and then from a sperm-drop and then proportioned you [as] a man?
وَلَوۡلَاۤ اِذۡ دَخَلۡتَ جَنَّتَكَ قُلۡتَ مَا شَآءَ اللّٰهُ ۙ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰهِ ۚ اِنۡ تَرَنِ اَنَا اَقَلَّ مِنۡكَ مَالًا وَّوَلَدًا(الكهف :39)
Walawla ith dakhalta jannataka qulta ma shaa Allahu la quwwata illa biAllahi in tarani ana aqalla minka malan wawaladan
Sahih International:
And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah '? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children,
فَعَسٰى رَبِّىۡۤ اَنۡ يُّؤۡتِيَنِ خَيۡرًا مِّنۡ جَنَّتِكَ وَيُرۡسِلَ عَلَيۡهَا حُسۡبَانًا مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ فَتُصۡبِحَ صَعِيۡدًا زَلَـقًا ۙ(الكهف :40)
Fa'asa rabbee an yutiyani khayran min jannatika wayursila 'alayha husbanan mina alssamai fatusbiha sa'eedan zalaqan
Sahih International:
It may be that my Lord will give me [something] better than your garden and will send upon it a calamity from the sky, and it will become a smooth, dusty ground,
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنۡ كُنۡـتُمۡ فِىۡ رَيۡبٍ مِّنَ الۡبَـعۡثِ فَاِنَّـا خَلَقۡنٰكُمۡ مِّنۡ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ نُّـطۡفَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ عَلَقَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ مُّضۡغَةٍ مُّخَلَّقَةٍ وَّغَيۡرِ مُخَلَّقَةٍ لِّـنُبَيِّنَ لَـكُمۡ ؕ وَنُقِرُّ فِى الۡاَرۡحَامِ مَا نَشَآءُ اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ثُمَّ نُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلًا ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوۡۤا اَشُدَّكُمۡ ۚ وَمِنۡكُمۡ مَّنۡ يُّتَوَفّٰى وَمِنۡكُمۡ مَّنۡ يُّرَدُّ اِلٰٓى اَرۡذَلِ الۡعُمُرِ لِكَيۡلَا يَعۡلَمَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ عِلۡمٍ شَيۡــًٔـا ؕ وَتَرَى الۡاَرۡضَ هَامِدَةً فَاِذَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهَا الۡمَآءَ اهۡتَزَّتۡ وَرَبَتۡ وَاَنۡۢبَـتَتۡ مِنۡ كُلِّ زَوۡجٍۢ بَهِيۡجٍ(الحج :5)
Ya ayyuha alnnasu in kuntum fee raybin mina alba'thi fainna khalaqnakum min turabin thumma min nutfatin thumma min 'alaqatin thumma min mudghatin mukhallaqatin waghayri mukhallaqatin linubayyina lakum wanuqirru fee alarhami ma nashao ila ajalin musamman thumma nukhrijukum tiflan thumma litablughoo ashuddakum waminkum man yutawaffa waminkum man yuraddu ila arthali al'umuri likayla ya'lama min ba'di 'ilmin shayan watara alarda hamidatan faitha anzalna 'alayha almaa ihtazzat warabat waanbatat min kulli zawjin baheejin
Sahih International:
O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed - that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind.
اَيَعِدُكُمۡ اَنَّكُمۡ اِذَا مِتُّمۡ وَكُنۡتُمۡ تُرَابًا وَّعِظَامًا اَنَّكُمۡ مُّخۡرَجُوۡنَ(المؤمنون :35)
Aya'idukum annakum itha mittum wakuntum turaban wa'ithaman annakum mukhrajoona
Sahih International:
Does he promise you that when you have died and become dust and bones that you will be brought forth [once more]?
قَالُوۡۤا ءَاِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَّ عِظَامًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوۡثُوۡنَ(المؤمنون :82)
Qaloo aitha mitna wakunna turaban wa'ithaman ainna lamab'oothoona
Sahih International:
They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected?
وَقَدِمۡنَاۤ اِلٰى مَا عَمِلُوۡا مِنۡ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلۡنٰهُ هَبَآءً مَّنۡثُوۡرًا(الفرقان :23)
Waqadimna ila ma 'amiloo min 'amalin faja'alnahu habaan manthooran
Sahih International:
And We will regard what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed.
