وَاٰ تُوا النِّسَآءَ صَدُقٰتِهِنَّ نِحۡلَةً ؕ فَاِنۡ طِبۡنَ لَـكُمۡ عَنۡ شَىۡءٍ مِّنۡهُ نَفۡسًا فَكُلُوۡهُ هَنِيۡٓــًٔـا مَّرِیۡٓـــٴًﺎ(النساء :4)
Waatoo alnnisaa saduqatihinna nihlatan fain tibna lakum 'an shayin minhu nafsan fakuloohu haneean mareean
Sahih International:
And give the women [upon marriage] their [bridal] gifts graciously. But if they give up willingly to you anything of it, then take it in satisfaction and ease.
اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِىۡ وَهَبَ لِىۡ عَلَى الۡـكِبَرِ اِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَؕ اِنَّ رَبِّىۡ لَسَمِيۡعُ الدُّعَآءِ(ابراهيم :39)
Alhamdu lillahi allathee wahaba lee 'ala alkibari isma'eela waishaqa inna rabbee lasamee'u alddu'ai
Sahih International:
Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication.
قَالَ اِنَّمَاۤ اَنَا رَسُوۡلُ رَبِّكِ ۖ لِاَهَبَ لَـكِ غُلٰمًا زَكِيًّا(مريم :19)
Qala innama ana rasoolu rabbiki liahaba laki ghulaman zakiyyan
Sahih International:
He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy."
فَلَمَّا اعۡتَزَلَهُمۡ وَمَا يَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِ ۙ وَهَبۡنَا لَهٗۤ اِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ ؕ وَكُلًّا جَعَلۡنَا نَبِيًّا(مريم :49)
Falamma i'tazalahum wama ya'budoona min dooni Allahi wahabna lahu ishaqa waya'qooba wakullan ja'alna nabiyyan
Sahih International:
So when he had left them and those they worshipped other than Allah, We gave him Isaac and Jacob, and each [of them] We made a prophet.
وَاِنِّىۡ خِفۡتُ الۡمَوَالِىَ مِنۡ وَّرَآءِىۡ وَكَانَتِ امۡرَاَتِىۡ عَاقِرًا فَهَبۡ لِىۡ مِنۡ لَّدُنۡكَ وَلِيًّا ۙ(مريم :5)
Wainnee khiftu almawaliya min waraee wakanati imraatee 'aqiran fahab lee min ladunka waliyyan
Sahih International:
And indeed, I fear the successors after me, and my wife has been barren, so give me from Yourself an heir
وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهٗۤ اِسۡحٰقَ ؕ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ نَافِلَةً ؕ وَكُلًّا جَعَلۡنَا صٰلِحِيۡنَ(الأنبياء :72)
Wawahabna lahu ishaqa waya'qooba nafilatan wakullan ja'alna saliheena
Sahih International:
And We gave him Isaac and Jacob in addition, and all [of them] We made righteous.
فَاسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهٗ وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهٗ يَحۡيٰى وَاَصۡلَحۡنَا لَهٗ زَوۡجَهٗ ؕ اِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوۡا يُسٰرِعُوۡنَ فِىۡ الۡخَيۡـرٰتِ وَ يَدۡعُوۡنَـنَا رَغَبًا وَّرَهَبًا ؕ وَكَانُوۡا لَنَا خٰشِعِيۡنَ(الأنبياء :90)
Faistajabna lahu wawahabna lahu yahya waaslahna lahu zawjahu innahum kanoo yusari'oona fee alkhayrati wayad'oonana raghaban warahaban wakanoo lana khashi'eena
Sahih International:
So We responded to him, and We gave to him John, and amended for him his wife. Indeed, they used to hasten to good deeds and supplicate Us in hope and fear, and they were to Us humbly submissive.
وَالَّذِيۡنَ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَـنَا مِنۡ اَزۡوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ اَعۡيُنٍ وَّاجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِيۡنَ اِمَامًا(الفرقان :74)
Waallatheena yaqooloona rabbana hab lana min azwajina wathurriyyatina qurrata a'yunin waij'alna lilmuttaqeena imaman
Sahih International:
And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous."
رَبِّ هَبۡ لِىۡ حُكۡمًا وَّاَلۡحِقۡنِىۡ بِالصّٰلِحِيۡنَۙ(الشعراء :83)
Rabbi hab lee hukman waalhiqnee bialssaliheena
Sahih International:
[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
وَاِنِّىۡ مُرۡسِلَةٌ اِلَيۡهِمۡ بِهَدِيَّةٍ فَنٰظِرَةٌۢ بِمَ يَرۡجِعُ الۡمُرۡسَلُوۡنَ(النمل :35)
Wainnee mursilatun ilayhim bihadiyyatin fanathiratun bima yarji'u almursaloona
Sahih International:
But indeed, I will send to them a gift and see with what [reply] the messengers will return."
