نَزَّلَ عَلَيۡكَ الۡـكِتٰبَ بِالۡحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ وَاَنۡزَلَ التَّوۡرٰٮةَ وَالۡاِنۡجِيۡلَۙ(آل عمران :3)
Nazzala 'alayka alkitaba bialhaqqi musaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi waanzala alttawrata waalinjeela
Sahih International:
He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.
مِنۡ قَبۡلُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَاَنۡزَلَ الۡفُرۡقَانَ ؕ اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ شَدِيۡدٌ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَزِيۡزٌ ذُو انۡتِقَامٍؕ(آل عمران :4)
Min qablu hudan lilnnasi waanzala alfurqana inna allatheena kafaroo biayati Allahi lahum 'athabun shadeedun waAllahu 'azeezun thoo intiqamin
Sahih International:
Before, as guidance for the people. And He revealed the Qur'an. Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah will have a severe punishment, and Allah is exalted in Might, the Owner of Retribution.
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا تَقۡتُلُوا الصَّيۡدَ وَاَنۡـتُمۡ حُرُمٌ ؕ وَمَنۡ قَتَلَهٗ مِنۡكُمۡ مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآءٌ مِّثۡلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ يَحۡكُمُ بِهٖ ذَوَا عَدۡلٍ مِّنۡكُمۡ هَدۡيًاۢ بٰلِغَ الۡـكَعۡبَةِ اَوۡ كَفَّارَةٌ طَعَامُ مَسٰكِيۡنَ اَوۡ عَدۡلُ ذٰ لِكَ صِيَامًا لِّيَذُوۡقَ وَبَالَ اَمۡرِهٖ ؕ عَفَا اللّٰهُ عَمَّا سَلَفَ ؕ وَمَنۡ عَادَ فَيَنۡتَقِمُ اللّٰهُ مِنۡهُ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَزِيۡزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ(المائدة :95)
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo la taqtuloo alssayda waantum hurumun waman qatalahu minkum muta'ammidan fajazaon mithlu ma qatala mina alnna'ami yahkumu bihi thawa 'adlin minkum hadyan baligha alka'bati aw kaffaratun ta'amu masakeena aw 'adlu thalika siyaman liyathooqa wabala amrihi 'afa Allahu 'amma salafa waman 'ada fayantaqimu Allahu minhu waAllahu 'azeezun thoo intiqamin
Sahih International:
O you who have believed, do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you as an offering [to Allah ] delivered to the Ka'bah, or an expiation; the feeding of needy people or the equivalent of that in fasting, that he may taste the consequence of his deed. Allah has pardoned what is past; but whoever returns [to violation], then Allah will take retribution from him. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.
فَانْتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡ فَاَغۡرَقۡنٰهُمۡ فِى الۡيَمِّ بِاَنَّهُمۡ كَذَّبُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِنَا وَكَانُوۡا عَنۡهَا غٰفِلِيۡنَ(الأعراف :136)
Faintaqamna minhum faaghraqnahum fee alyammi biannahum kaththaboo biayatina wakanoo 'anha ghafileena
Sahih International:
So We took retribution from them, and We drowned them in the sea because they denied Our signs and were heedless of them.
فَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ اللّٰهَ مُخۡلِفَ وَعۡدِهٖ رُسُلَهٗؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيۡزٌ ذُوۡ انْتِقَامٍؕ(ابراهيم :47)
Fala tahsabanna Allaha mukhlifa wa'dihi rusulahu inna Allaha 'azeezun thoo intiqamin
Sahih International:
So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.
فَانتَقَمۡنَا مِنۡهُمۡۘ وَاِنَّهُمَا لَبِاِمَامٍ مُّبِيۡنٍؕ(الحجر :79)
Faintaqamna minhum wainnahuma labiimamin mubeenin
Sahih International:
So We took retribution from them, and indeed, both [cities] are on a clear highway.
وَ لَقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِكَ رُسُلًا اِلٰى قَوۡمِهِمۡ فَجَآءُوۡهُمۡ بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ فَانْتَقَمۡنَا مِنَ الَّذِيۡنَ اَجۡرَمُوۡا ؕ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيۡنَا نَصۡرُ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ(الروم :47)
Walaqad arsalna min qablika rusulan ila qawmihim fajaoohum bialbayyinati faintaqamna mina allatheena ajramoo wakana haqqan 'alayna nasru almumineena
Sahih International:
And We have already sent messengers before you to their peoples, and they came to them with clear evidences; then We took retribution from those who committed crimes, and incumbent upon Us was support of the believers.
وَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنۡ ذُكِّرَ بِاٰيٰتِ رَبِّهٖ ثُمَّ اَعۡرَضَ عَنۡهَا ؕ اِنَّا مِنَ الۡمُجۡرِمِيۡنَ مُنۡتَقِمُوۡنَ(السجدة :22)
Waman athlamu mimman thukkira biayati rabbihi thumma a'rada 'anha inna mina almujrimeena muntaqimoona
Sahih International:
And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord; then he turns away from them? Indeed We, from the criminals, will take retribution.
اَلَيۡسَ اللّٰهُ بِكَافٍ عَبۡدَهٗ ؕ وَيُخَوِّفُوۡنَكَ بِالَّذِيۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِهٖ ؕ وَمَنۡ يُّضۡلِلِ اللّٰهُ فَمَا لَهٗ مِنۡ هَادٍ(الزمر :36)
Alaysa Allahu bikafin 'abdahu wayukhawwifoonaka biallatheena min doonihi waman yudlili Allahu fama lahu min hadin
Sahih International:
Is not Allah sufficient for His Servant [Prophet Muhammad]? And [yet], they threaten you with those [they worship] other than Him. And whoever Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide.
وَمَنۡ يَّهۡدِ اللّٰهُ فَمَا لَهٗ مِنۡ مُّضِلٍّ ؕ اَ لَيۡسَ اللّٰهُ بِعَزِيۡزٍ ذِى انتِقَامٍ(الزمر :37)
Waman yahdi Allahu fama lahu min mudillin alaysa Allahu bi'azeezin thee intiqamin
Sahih International:
And whoever Allah guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allah Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution?
