اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ تَدۡعُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِ عِبَادٌ اَمۡثَالُـكُمۡ فَادۡعُوۡهُمۡ فَلۡيَسۡتَجِيۡبُوۡا لَـكُمۡ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ صٰدِقِيۡنَ(الأعراف :194)
Inna allatheena tad'oona min dooni Allahi 'ibadun amthalukum faod'oohum falyastajeeboo lakum in kuntum sadiqeena
Sahih International:
Indeed, those you [polytheists] call upon besides Allah are servants like you. So call upon them and let them respond to you, if you should be truthful.
اَلَهُمۡ اَرۡجُلٌ يَّمۡشُوۡنَ بِهَآ ۖ اَمۡ لَهُمۡ اَيۡدٍ يَّبۡطِشُوۡنَ بِهَآ ۖ اَمۡ لَهُمۡ اَعۡيُنٌ يُّبۡصِرُوۡنَ بِهَآ ۖ اَمۡ لَهُمۡ اٰذَانٌ يَّسۡمَعُوۡنَ بِهَا ؕ قُلِ ادۡعُوۡا شُرَكَآءَكُمۡ ثُمَّ كِيۡدُوۡنِ فَلَا تُنۡظِرُوۡنِ(الأعراف :195)
Alahum arjulun yamshoona biha am lahum aydin yabtishoona biha am lahum a'yunun yubsiroona biha am lahum athanun yasma'oona biha quli od'oo shurakaakum thumma keedooni fala tunthirooni
Sahih International:
Do they have feet by which they walk? Or do they have hands by which they strike? Or do they have eyes by which they see? Or do they have ears by which they hear? Say, [O Muhammad], "Call your 'partners' and then conspire against me and give me no respite.
اِنَّ وَلىِّۦَ اللّٰهُ الَّذِىۡ نَزَّلَ الۡـكِتٰبَ ۖ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصّٰلِحِيۡنَ(الأعراف :196)
Inna waliyyiya Allahu allathee nazzala alkitaba wahuwa yatawalla alssaliheena
Sahih International:
Indeed, my protector is Allah, who has sent down the Book; and He is an ally to the righteous.
وَالَّذِيۡنَ تَدۡعُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِهٖ لَا يَسۡتَطِيۡعُوۡنَ نَـصۡرَكُمۡ وَلَاۤ اَنۡفُسَهُمۡ يَنۡصُرُوۡنَ(الأعراف :197)
Waallatheena tad'oona min doonihi la yastatee'oona nasrakum wala anfusahum yansuroona
Sahih International:
And those you call upon besides Him are unable to help you, nor can they help themselves."
وَاِنۡ تَدۡعُوۡهُمۡ اِلَى الۡهُدٰى لَا يَسۡمَعُوۡا ؕ وَتَرٰٮهُمۡ يَنۡظُرُوۡنَ اِلَيۡكَ وَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُوۡنَ(الأعراف :198)
Wain tad'oohum ila alhuda la yasma'oo watarahum yanthuroona ilayka wahum la yubsiroona
Sahih International:
And if you invite them to guidance, they do not hear; and you see them looking at you while they do not see.
وَالَّذِيۡنَ يَدۡعُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِ لَا يَخۡلُقُوۡنَ شَيۡــًٔا وَّهُمۡ يُخۡلَقُوۡنَؕ(النحل :20)
Waallatheena yad'oona min dooni Allahi la yakhluqoona shayan wahum yukhlaqoona
Sahih International:
And those they invoke other than Allah create nothing, and they [themselves] are created.
اَمۡوَاتٌ غَيۡرُ اَحۡيَآءٍ ۚ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُوۡنَ اَيَّانَ يُبۡعَثُوۡنَ(النحل :21)
Amwatun ghayru ahyain wama yash'uroona ayyana yub'athoona
Sahih International:
They are, [in fact], dead, not alive, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected.
وَاللّٰهُ جَعَلَ لَـكُمۡ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِكُمۡ اَزۡوَاجًا وَّ جَعَلَ لَـكُمۡ مِّنۡ اَزۡوَاجِكُمۡ بَنِيۡنَ وَحَفَدَةً وَّرَزَقَكُمۡ مِّنَ الطَّيِّبٰتِؕ اَفَبِالۡبَاطِلِ يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ وَبِنِعۡمَتِ اللّٰهِ هُمۡ يَكۡفُرُوۡنَۙ(النحل :72)
WaAllahu ja'ala lakum min anfusikum azwajan waja'ala lakum min azwajikum baneena wahafadatan warazaqakum mina alttayyibati afabialbatili yuminoona wabini'mati Allahi hum yakfuroona
Sahih International:
And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. Then in falsehood do they believe and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve?
وَ اِذَا رَاَ الَّذِيۡنَ اَشۡرَكُوۡا شُرَكَآءَهُمۡ قَالُوۡا رَبَّنَا هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ شُرَكَآؤُنَا الَّذِيۡنَ كُنَّا نَدۡعُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِكَۚ فَاَلۡقَوۡا اِلَيۡهِمُ الۡقَوۡلَ اِنَّكُمۡ لَـكٰذِبُوۡنَۚ(النحل :86)
Waitha raa allatheena ashrakoo shurakaahum qaloo rabbana haolai shurakaona allatheena kunna nad'oo min doonika faalqaw ilayhimu alqawla innakum lakathiboona
Sahih International:
And when those who associated others with Allah see their "partners," they will say," Our Lord, these are our partners [to You] whom we used to invoke besides You." But they will throw at them the statement, "Indeed, you are liars."
لَوۡ كَانَ فِيۡهِمَاۤ اٰلِهَةٌ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ لَـفَسَدَتَاۚ فَسُبۡحٰنَ اللّٰهِ رَبِّ الۡعَرۡشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُوۡنَ(الأنبياء :22)
Law kana feehima alihatun illa Allahu lafasadata fasubhana Allahi rabbi al'arshi 'amma yasifoona
Sahih International:
Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah, they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.
