وَالۡمُطَلَّقٰتُ يَتَرَ بَّصۡنَ بِاَنۡفُسِهِنَّ ثَلٰثَةَ قُرُوۡٓءٍ ؕ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ اَنۡ يَّكۡتُمۡنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللّٰهُ فِىۡٓ اَرۡحَامِهِنَّ اِنۡ كُنَّ يُؤۡمِنَّ بِاللّٰهِ وَالۡيَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِؕ وَبُعُوۡلَتُهُنَّ اَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ اِنۡ اَرَادُوۡٓا اِصۡلَاحًا ؕ وَلَهُنَّ مِثۡلُ الَّذِىۡ عَلَيۡهِنَّ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ ۖ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيۡهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَزِيۡزٌ حَكِيۡمٌ(البقرة :228)
Waalmutallaqatu yatarabbasna bianfusihinna thalathata qurooin wala yahillu lahunna an yaktumna ma khalaqa Allahu fee arhamihinna in kunna yuminna biAllahi waalyawmi alakhiri wabu'oolatuhunna ahaqqu biraddihinna fee thalika in aradoo islahan walahunna mithlu allathee 'alayhinna bialma'roofi walilrrijali 'alayhinna darajatun waAllahu 'azeezun hakeemun
Sahih International:
Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
فَاسۡتَجَابَ لَهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ اَنِّىۡ لَاۤ اُضِيۡعُ عَمَلَ عَامِلٍ مِّنۡكُمۡ مِّنۡ ذَكَرٍ اَوۡ اُنۡثٰىۚ بَعۡضُكُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡضٍۚ فَالَّذِيۡنَ هَاجَرُوۡا وَاُخۡرِجُوۡا مِنۡ دِيَارِهِمۡ وَاُوۡذُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِىۡ وَقٰتَلُوۡا وَقُتِلُوۡا لَاُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنۡهُمۡ سَيِّاٰتِهِمۡ وَلَاُدۡخِلَنَّهُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُۚ ثَوَابًا مِّنۡ عِنۡدِ اللّٰهِ ؕ وَ اللّٰهُ عِنۡدَهٗ حُسۡنُ الثَّوَابِ(آل عمران :195)
Faistajaba lahum rabbuhum annee la odee'u 'amala 'amilin minkum min thakarin aw ontha ba'dukum min ba'din faallatheena hajaroo waokhrijoo min diyarihim waoothoo fee sabeelee waqataloo waqutiloo laokaffiranna 'anhum sayyiatihim walaodkhilannahum jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu thawaban min 'indi Allahi waAllahu 'indahu husnu alththawabi
Sahih International:
And their Lord responded to them, "Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female; you are of one another. So those who emigrated or were evicted from their homes or were harmed in My cause or fought or were killed - I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah, and Allah has with Him the best reward."
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوۡا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَكُمۡ مِّنۡ نَّفۡسٍ وَّاحِدَةٍ وَّخَلَقَ مِنۡهَا زَوۡجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنۡهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيۡرًا وَّنِسَآءً ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ الَّذِىۡ تَسَآءَلُوۡنَ بِهٖ وَالۡاَرۡحَامَ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ رَقِيۡبًا (النساء :1)
Ya ayyuha alnnasu ittaqoo rabbakumu allathee khalaqakum min nafsin wahidatin wakhalaqa minha zawjaha wabaththa minhuma rijalan katheeran wanisaan waittaqoo Allaha allathee tasaaloona bihi waalarhama inna Allaha kana 'alaykum raqeeban
Sahih International:
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.
وَمَنۡ يَّعۡمَلۡ مِنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ مِنۡ ذَكَرٍ اَوۡ اُنۡثٰى وَهُوَ مُؤۡمِنٌ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ يَدۡخُلُوۡنَ الۡجَـنَّةَ وَلَا يُظۡلَمُوۡنَ نَقِيۡرًا(النساء :124)
Waman ya'mal mina alssalihati min thakarin aw ontha wahuwa muminun faolaika yadkhuloona aljannata wala yuthlamoona naqeeran
Sahih International:
And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer - those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged, [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.
وَلَا تَتَمَنَّوۡا مَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰهُ بِهٖ بَعۡضَكُمۡ عَلٰى بَعۡضٍ ؕ لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا اكۡتَسَبُوۡا ؕ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيۡبٌ مِّمَّا اكۡتَسَبۡنَ ؕ وَسۡئَـلُوا اللّٰهَ مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيۡمًا(النساء :32)
Wala tatamannaw ma faddala Allahu bihi ba'dakum 'ala ba'din lilrrijali naseebun mimma iktasaboo walilnnisai naseebun mimma iktasabna waisaloo Allaha min fadlihi inna Allaha kana bikulli shayin 'aleeman
Sahih International:
And do not wish for that by which Allah has made some of you exceed others. For men is a share of what they have earned, and for women is a share of what they have earned. And ask Allah of his bounty. Indeed Allah is ever, of all things, Knowing.
اَلرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُوۡنَ عَلَى النِّسَآءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰهُ بَعۡضَهُمۡ عَلٰى بَعۡضٍ وَّبِمَاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا مِنۡ اَمۡوَالِهِمۡ ؕ فَالصّٰلِحٰتُ قٰنِتٰتٌ حٰفِظٰتٌ لِّلۡغَيۡبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّٰهُ ؕ وَالّٰتِىۡ تَخَافُوۡنَ نُشُوۡزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوۡهُنَّ وَاهۡجُرُوۡهُنَّ فِى الۡمَضَاجِعِ وَاضۡرِبُوۡهُنَّ ۚ فَاِنۡ اَطَعۡنَكُمۡ فَلَا تَبۡغُوۡا عَلَيۡهِنَّ سَبِيۡلًا ؕاِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيۡرًا(النساء :34)
Alrrijalu qawwamoona 'ala alnnisai bima faddala Allahu ba'dahum 'ala ba'din wabima anfaqoo min amwalihim faalssalihatu qanitatun hafithatun lilghaybi bima hafitha Allahu waallatee takhafoona nushoozahunna fa'ithoohunna waohjuroohunna fee almadaji'i waidriboohunna fain ata'nakum fala tabghoo 'alayhinna sabeelan inna Allaha kana 'aliyyan kabeeran
Sahih International:
Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.
وَقَالُوۡا مَا فِىۡ بُطُوۡنِ هٰذِهِ الۡاَنۡعَامِ خَالِصَةٌ لِّذُكُوۡرِنَا وَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلٰٓى اَزۡوَاجِنَا ۚ وَاِنۡ يَّكُنۡ مَّيۡتَةً فَهُمۡ فِيۡهِ شُرَكَآءُ ؕ سَيَجۡزِيۡهِمۡ وَصۡفَهُمۡ ؕ اِنَّهٗ حَكِيۡمٌ عَلِيۡمٌ(الأنعام :139)
Waqaloo ma fee butooni hathihi alan'ami khalisatun lithukoorina wamuharramun 'ala azwajina wain yakun maytatan fahum feehi shurakao sayajzeehim wasfahum innahu hakeemun 'aleemun
Sahih International:
And they say, "What is in the bellies of these animals is exclusively for our males and forbidden to our females. But if it is [born] dead, then all of them have shares therein." He will punish them for their description. Indeed, He is Wise and Knowing.
وَ هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَنۡشَاَكُمۡ مِّنۡ نَّفۡسٍ وَّاحِدَةٍ فَمُسۡتَقَرٌّ وَّمُسۡتَوۡدَعٌ ؕ قَدۡ فَصَّلۡنَا الۡاٰيٰتِ لِقَوۡمٍ يَّفۡقَهُوۡنَ(الأنعام :98)
Wahuwa allathee anshaakum min nafsin wahidatin famustaqarrun wamustawda'un qad fassalna alayati liqawmin yafqahoona
Sahih International:
And it is He who produced you from one soul and [gave you] a place of dwelling and of storage. We have detailed the signs for a people who understand.
اَلۡمُنٰفِقُوۡنَ وَالۡمُنٰفِقٰتُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡضٍۘ يَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمُنۡكَرِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَيَقۡبِضُوۡنَ اَيۡدِيَهُمۡؕ نَسُوا اللّٰهَ فَنَسِيَهُمۡؕ اِنَّ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ هُمُ الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ(التوبة :67)
Almunafiqoona waalmunafiqatu ba'duhum min ba'din yamuroona bialmunkari wayanhawna 'ani alma'roofi wayaqbidoona aydiyahum nasoo Allaha fanasiyahum inna almunafiqeena humu alfasiqoona
Sahih International:
The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one another. They enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right and close their hands. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them [accordingly]. Indeed, the hypocrites - it is they who are the defiantly disobedient.
وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ وَالۡمُنٰفِقٰتِ وَالۡـكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَـنَّمَ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَا ؕ هِىَ حَسۡبُهُمۡ ۚ وَلَـعَنَهُمُ اللّٰهُ ۚ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيۡمٌ(التوبة :68)
Wa'ada Allahu almunafiqeena waalmunafiqati waalkuffara nara jahannama khalideena feeha hiya hasbuhum wala'anahumu Allahu walahum 'athabun muqeemun
Sahih International:
Allah has promised the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the disbelievers the fire of Hell, wherein they will abide eternally. It is sufficient for them. And Allah has cursed them, and for them is an enduring punishment.
