وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ كِتٰبٌ مِّنۡ عِنۡدِ اللّٰهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمۡۙ وَكَانُوۡا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ يَسۡتَفۡتِحُوۡنَ عَلَى الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا ۖۚ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ مَّا عَرَفُوۡا کَفَرُوۡا بِهٖ فَلَعۡنَةُ اللّٰهِ عَلَى الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ(البقرة :89)
Walamma jaahum kitabun min 'indi Allahi musaddiqun lima ma'ahum wakanoo min qablu yastaftihoona 'ala allatheena kafaroo falamma jaahum ma 'arafoo kafaroo bihi fala'natu Allahi 'ala alkafireena
Sahih International:
And when there came to them a Book from Allah confirming that which was with them - although before they used to pray for victory against those who disbelieved - but [then] when there came to them that which they recognized, they disbelieved in it; so the curse of Allah will be upon the disbelievers.
تِلۡكَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰهِ ؕ وَمَنۡ يُّطِعِ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوۡلَهٗ يُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَا ؕ وَذٰ لِكَ الۡفَوۡزُ الۡعَظِيۡمُ(النساء :13)
Tilka hudoodu Allahi waman yuti'i Allaha warasoolahu yudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha wathalika alfawzu al'atheemu
Sahih International:
These are the limits [set by] Allah, and whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger will be admitted by Him to gardens [in Paradise] under which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein; and that is the great attainment.
الَّذِيۡنَ يَتَرَ بَّصُوۡنَ بِكُمۡ ۚ فَاِنۡ كَانَ لَـكُمۡ فَتۡحٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ قَالُـوۡۤا اَلَمۡ نَـكُنۡ مَّعَكُمۡ ۖ وَاِنۡ كَانَ لِلۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ نَصِيۡبٌۙ قَالُـوۡۤا اَلَمۡ نَسۡتَحۡوِذۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَنَمۡنَعۡكُمۡ مِّنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ ؕ فَاللّٰهُ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَكُمۡ يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ ؕ وَلَنۡ يَّجۡعَلَ اللّٰهُ لِلۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ عَلَى الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ سَبِيۡلًا(النساء :141)
Allatheena yatarabbasoona bikum fain kana lakum fathun mina Allahi qaloo alam nakun ma'akum wain kana lilkafireena naseebun qaloo alam nastahwith 'alaykum wanamna'kum mina almumineena faAllahu yahkumu baynakum yawma alqiyamati walan yaj'ala Allahu lilkafireena 'ala almumineena sabeelan
Sahih International:
Those who wait [and watch] you. Then if you gain a victory from Allah, they say, "Were we not with you?" But if the disbelievers have a success, they say [to them], "Did we not gain the advantage over you, but we protected you from the believers?" Allah will judge between [all of] you on the Day of Resurrection, and never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way [to overcome them].
وَلَٮِٕنۡ اَصَابَكُمۡ فَضۡلٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ لَيَـقُوۡلَنَّ كَاَنۡ لَّمۡ تَكُنۡۢ بَيۡنَكُمۡ وَبَيۡنَهٗ مَوَدَّةٌ يّٰلَيۡتَنِىۡ كُنۡتُ مَعَهُمۡ فَاَ فُوۡزَ فَوۡزًا عَظِيۡمًا(النساء :73)
Walain asabakum fadlun mina Allahi layaqoolanna kaan lam takun baynakum wabaynahu mawaddatun ya laytanee kuntu ma'ahum faafooza fawzan 'atheeman
Sahih International:
But if bounty comes to you from Allah, he will surely say, as if there had never been between you and him any affection. "Oh, I wish I had been with them so I could have attained a great attainment."
قَالَ اللّٰهُ هٰذَا يَوۡمُ يَـنۡفَعُ الصّٰدِقِيۡنَ صِدۡقُهُمۡؕ لَهُمۡ جَنّٰتٌ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَبَدًا ؕ رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَرَضُوۡا عَنۡهُ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ الۡـفَوۡزُ الۡعَظِيۡمُ(المائدة :119)
Qala Allahu hatha yawmu yanfa'u alssadiqeena sidquhum lahum jannatun tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha abadan radiya Allahu 'anhum waradoo 'anhu thalika alfawzu al'atheemu
Sahih International:
Allah will say, "This is the Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness." For them are gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them, and they with Him. That is the great attainment.
فَتَـرَى الَّذِيۡنَ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمۡ مَّرَضٌ يُّسَارِعُوۡنَ فِيۡهِمۡ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ نَخۡشٰٓى اَنۡ تُصِيۡبَـنَا دَآٮِٕرَةٌ ؕ فَعَسَى اللّٰهُ اَنۡ يَّاۡتِىَ بِالۡفَتۡحِ اَوۡ اَمۡرٍ مِّنۡ عِنۡدِهٖ فَيُصۡبِحُوۡا عَلٰى مَاۤ اَسَرُّوۡا فِىۡۤ اَنۡفُسِهِمۡ نٰدِمِيۡنَ(المائدة :52)
Fatara allatheena fee quloobihim maradun yusari'oona feehim yaqooloona nakhsha an tuseebana dairatun fa'asa Allahu an yatiya bialfathi aw amrin min 'indihi fayusbihoo 'ala ma asarroo fee anfusihim nadimeena
Sahih International:
So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful.
مَنۡ يُّصۡرَفۡ عَنۡهُ يَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ فَقَدۡ رَحِمَهٗؕ وَ ذٰ لِكَ الۡـفَوۡزُ الۡمُبِيۡنُ(الأنعام :16)
Man yusraf 'anhu yawmaithin faqad rahimahu wathalika alfawzu almubeenu
Sahih International:
He from whom it is averted that Day - [ Allah ] has granted him mercy. And that is the clear attainment.
وَمَا جَعَلَهُ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بُشۡرٰى وَلِتَطۡمَٮِٕنَّ بِهٖ قُلُوۡبُكُمۡۚ وَمَا النَّصۡرُ اِلَّا مِنۡ عِنۡدِ اللّٰهِؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيۡزٌ حَكِيۡمٌ(الأنفال :10)
Wama ja'alahu Allahu illa bushra walitatmainna bihi quloobukum wama alnnasru illa min 'indi Allahi inna Allaha 'azeezun hakeemun
Sahih International:
And Allah made it not but good tidings and so that your hearts would be assured thereby. And victory is not but from Allah . Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
اِنۡ تَسۡتَفۡتِحُوۡا فَقَدۡ جَآءَكُمُ الۡفَتۡحُۚ وَاِنۡ تَنۡتَهُوۡا فَهُوَ خَيۡرٌ لَّـكُمۡۚ وَ اِنۡ تَعُوۡدُوۡا نَـعُدۡۚ وَلَنۡ تُغۡنِىَ عَنۡكُمۡ فِئَتُكُمۡ شَيۡـًٔـا وَّلَوۡ كَثُرَتۡۙ وَاَنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ(الأنفال :19)
In tastaftihoo faqad jaakumu alfathu wain tantahoo fahuwa khayrun lakum wain ta'oodoo na'ud walan tughniya 'ankum fiatukum shayan walaw kathurat waanna Allaha ma'a almumineena
Sahih International:
If you [disbelievers] seek the victory - the defeat has come to you. And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase; and [that is] because Allah is with the believers.
اِذۡ تَسۡتَغِيۡثُوۡنَ رَبَّكُمۡ فَاسۡتَجَابَ لَـكُمۡ اَنِّىۡ مُمِدُّكُمۡ بِاَلۡفٍ مِّنَ الۡمَلٰۤٮِٕكَةِ مُرۡدِفِيۡنَ(الأنفال :9)
Ith tastagheethoona rabbakum faistajaba lakum annee mumiddukum bialfin mina almalaikati murdifeena
Sahih International:
[Remember] when you asked help of your Lord, and He answered you, "Indeed, I will reinforce you with a thousand from the angels, following one another."
