وَجَعَلُوۡا لِلّٰهِ شُرَكَآءَ الۡجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُمۡ وَخَرَقُوۡا لَهٗ بَنِيۡنَ وَبَنٰتٍۢ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍؕ سُبۡحٰنَهٗ وَتَعٰلٰى عَمَّا يَصِفُوۡنَ(الأنعام :100)
Waja'aloo lillahi shurakaa aljinna wakhalaqahum wakharaqoo lahu baneena wabanatin bighayri 'ilmin subhanahu wata'ala 'amma yasifoona
Sahih International:
But they have attributed to Allah partners - the jinn, while He has created them - and have fabricated for Him sons and daughters. Exalted is He and high above what they describe
وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِىٍّ عَدُوًّا شَيٰطِيۡنَ الۡاِنۡسِ وَالۡجِنِّ يُوۡحِىۡ بَعۡضُهُمۡ اِلٰى بَعۡضٍ زُخۡرُفَ الۡقَوۡلِ غُرُوۡرًا ؕ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوۡهُ فَذَرۡهُمۡ وَمَا يَفۡتَرُوۡنَ(الأنعام :112)
Wakathalika ja'alna likulli nabiyyin 'aduwwan shayateena alinsi waaljinni yoohee ba'duhum ila ba'din zukhrufa alqawli ghurooran walaw shaa rabbuka ma fa'aloohu fatharhum wama yaftaroona
Sahih International:
And thus We have made for every prophet an enemy - devils from mankind and jinn, inspiring to one another decorative speech in delusion. But if your Lord had willed, they would not have done it, so leave them and that which they invent.
وَيَوۡمَ يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ جَمِيۡعًا ۚ يٰمَعۡشَرَ الۡجِنِّ قَدِ اسۡتَكۡثَرۡتُمۡ مِّنَ الۡاِنۡسِۚ وَقَالَ اَوۡلِيٰٓـئُهُمۡ مِّنَ الۡاِنۡسِ رَبَّنَا اسۡتَمۡتَعَ بَعۡضُنَا بِبَعۡضٍ وَّبَلَغۡنَاۤ اَجَلَـنَا الَّذِىۡۤ اَجَّلۡتَ لَـنَا ؕ قَالَ النَّارُ مَثۡوٰٮكُمۡ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اِلَّا مَا شَآءَ اللّٰهُؕ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِيۡمٌ عَلِيۡمٌ(الأنعام :128)
Wayawma yahshuruhum jamee'an ya ma'shara aljinni qadi istakthartum mina alinsi waqala awliyaohum mina alinsi rabbana istamta'a ba'duna biba'din wabalaghna ajalana allathee ajjalta lana qala alnnaru mathwakum khalideena feeha illa ma shaa Allahu inna rabbaka hakeemun 'aleemun
Sahih International:
And [mention, O Muhammad], the Day when He will gather them together [and say], "O company of jinn, you have [misled] many of mankind." And their allies among mankind will say, "Our Lord, some of us made use of others, and we have [now] reached our term, which you appointed for us." He will say, "The Fire is your residence, wherein you will abide eternally, except for what Allah wills. Indeed, your Lord is Wise and Knowing."
يٰمَعۡشَرَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِ اَلَمۡ يَاۡتِكُمۡ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡكُمۡ يَقُصُّوۡنَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِىۡ وَيُنۡذِرُوۡنَكُمۡ لِقَآءَ يَوۡمِكُمۡ هٰذَا ؕ قَالُوۡا شَهِدۡنَا عَلٰٓى اَنۡفُسِنَا ۖ وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ الۡحَيٰوةُ الدُّنۡيَا وَشَهِدُوۡا عَلٰٓى اَنۡفُسِهِمۡ اَنَّهُمۡ كَانُوۡا كٰفِرِيۡنَ(الأنعام :130)
Ya ma'shara aljinni waalinsi alam yatikum rusulun minkum yaqussoona 'alaykum ayatee wayunthiroonakum liqaa yawmikum hatha qaloo shahidna 'ala anfusina wagharrathumu alhayatu alddunya washahidoo 'ala anfusihim annahum kanoo kafireena
Sahih International:
"O company of jinn and mankind, did there not come to you messengers from among you, relating to you My verses and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "We bear witness against ourselves"; and the worldly life had deluded them, and they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers.
وَلَـقَدۡ ذَرَاۡنَا لِجَـهَنَّمَ كَثِيۡرًا مِّنَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِ ۖ لَهُمۡ قُلُوۡبٌ لَّا يَفۡقَهُوۡنَ بِهَا وَلَهُمۡ اَعۡيُنٌ لَّا يُبۡصِرُوۡنَ بِهَا وَلَهُمۡ اٰذَانٌ لَّا يَسۡمَعُوۡنَ بِهَا ؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ كَالۡاَنۡعَامِ بَلۡ هُمۡ اَضَلُّ ؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡغٰفِلُوۡنَ(الأعراف :179)
Walaqad tharana lijahannama katheeran mina aljinni waalinsi lahum quloobun la yafqahoona biha walahum a'yunun la yubsiroona biha walahum athanun la yasma'oona biha olaika kaalan'ami bal hum adallu olaika humu alghafiloona
Sahih International:
And We have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind. They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like livestock; rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless.
قَالَ ادۡخُلُوۡا فِىۡۤ اُمَمٍ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِكُمۡ مِّنَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِ فِى النَّارِ ؕ كُلَّمَا دَخَلَتۡ اُمَّةٌ لَّعَنَتۡ اُخۡتَهَا ؕ حَتّٰۤى اِذَا ادَّارَكُوۡا فِيۡهَا جَمِيۡعًا ۙ قَالَتۡ اُخۡرٰٮهُمۡ لِاُوۡلٰٮهُمۡ رَبَّنَا هٰٓؤُلَۤاءِ اَضَلُّوۡنَا فَاٰتِهِمۡ عَذَابًا ضِعۡفًا مِّنَ النَّارِ ؕ قَالَ لِكُلٍّ ضِعۡفٌ وَّلٰـكِنۡ لَّا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ(الأعراف :38)
Qala odkhuloo fee omamin qad khalat min qablikum mina aljinni waalinsi fee alnnari kullama dakhalat ommatun la'anat okhtaha hatta itha iddarakoo feeha jamee'an qalat okhrahum lioolahum rabbana haolai adalloona faatihim 'athaban di'fan mina alnnari qala likullin di'fun walakin la ta'lamoona
Sahih International:
[ Allah ] will say, "Enter among nations which had passed on before you of jinn and mankind into the Fire." Every time a nation enters, it will curse its sister until, when they have all overtaken one another therein, the last of them will say about the first of them "Our Lord, these had misled us, so give them a double punishment of the Fire. He will say, "For each is double, but you do not know."
وَلَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَـعَلَ النَّاسَ اُمَّةً وَّاحِدَةً وَّلَا يَزَالُوۡنَ مُخۡتَلِفِيۡنَۙ(هود :118)
Walaw shaa rabbuka laja'ala alnnasa ommatan wahidatan wala yazaloona mukhtalifeena
Sahih International:
And if your Lord had willed, He could have made mankind one community; but they will not cease to differ.
اِلَّا مَنۡ رَّحِمَ رَبُّكَ ؕ وَلِذٰلِكَ خَلَقَهُمۡ ؕ وَتَمَّتۡ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَاَمۡلَـئَنَّ جَهَـنَّمَ مِنَ الۡجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ اَجۡمَعِيۡنَ(هود :119)
Illa man rahima rabbuka walithalika khalaqahum watammat kalimatu rabbika laamlaanna jahannama mina aljinnati waalnnasi ajma'eena
Sahih International:
Except whom your Lord has given mercy, and for that He created them. But the word of your Lord is to be fulfilled that, "I will surely fill Hell with jinn and men all together."
اِلَّا مَنِ اسۡتَرَقَ السَّمۡعَ فَاَ تۡبَعَهٗ شِهَابٌ مُّبِيۡنٌ(الحجر :18)
Illa mani istaraqa alssam'a faatba'ahu shihabun mubeenun
Sahih International:
Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame.
وَالۡجَـآنَّ خَلَقۡنٰهُ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ مِنۡ نَّارِ السَّمُوۡمِ(الحجر :27)
Waaljanna khalaqnahu min qablu min nari alssamoomi
Sahih International:
And the jinn We created before from scorching fire.
