ذٰ لِكَ نَـتۡلُوۡهُ عَلَيۡكَ مِنَ الۡاٰيٰتِ وَ الذِّكۡرِ الۡحَكِيۡمِ(آل عمران :58)
Thalika natloohu 'alayka mina alayati waalththikri alhakeemi
Sahih International:
This is what We recite to you, [O Muhammad], of [Our] verses and the precise [and wise] message.
اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ هَدَى اللّٰهُ فَبِهُدٰٮهُمُ اقۡتَدِهۡ ؕ قُلْ لَّاۤ اَسۡــَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ اَجۡرًا ؕ اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا ذِكۡرٰى لِلۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ(الأنعام :90)
Olaika allatheena hada Allahu fabihudahumu iqtadih qul la asalukum 'alayhi ajran in huwa illa thikra lil'alameena
Sahih International:
Those are the ones whom Allah has guided, so from their guidance take an example. Say, "I ask of you for this message no payment. It is not but a reminder for the worlds."
اَوَعَجِبۡتُمۡ اَنۡ جَآءَكُمۡ ذِكۡرٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّكُمۡ عَلٰى رَجُلٍ مِّنۡكُمۡ لِيُنۡذِرَكُمۡ وَلِتَـتَّقُوۡا وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ(الأعراف :63)
Awa'ajibtum an jaakum thikrun min rabbikum 'ala rajulin minkum liyunthirakum walitattaqoo wala'allakum turhamoona
Sahih International:
Then do you wonder that there has come to you a reminder from your Lord through a man from among you, that he may warn you and that you may fear Allah so you might receive mercy."
وَمَا تَسۡــَٔلُهُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍؕ اِنۡ هُوَ اِلَّا ذِكۡرٌ لِّـلۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ(يوسف :104)
Wama tasaluhum 'alayhi min ajrin in huwa illa thikrun lil'alameena
Sahih International:
And you do not ask of them for it any payment. It is not except a reminder to the worlds.
اِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا الذِّكۡرَ وَاِنَّا لَهٗ لَحٰـفِظُوۡنَ(الحجر :9)
Inna nahnu nazzalna alththikra wainna lahu lahafithoona
Sahih International:
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian.
وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِكَ اِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوۡحِىۡۤ اِلَيۡهِمۡ فَسۡـــَٔلُوۡۤا اَهۡلَ الذِّكۡرِ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَۙ(النحل :43)
Wama arsalna min qablika illa rijalan noohee ilayhim faisaloo ahla alththikri in kuntum la ta'lamoona
Sahih International:
And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know.
بِالۡبَيِّنٰتِ وَالزُّبُرِؕ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ الذِّكۡرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ اِلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَفَكَّرُوۡنَ(النحل :44)
Bialbayyinati waalzzuburi waanzalna ilayka alththikra litubayyina lilnnasi ma nuzzila ilayhim wala'allahum yatafakkaroona
Sahih International:
[We sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought.
وَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنۡ ذُكِّرَ بِاٰيٰتِ رَبِّهٖ فَاَعۡرَضَ عَنۡهَا وَنَسِىَ مَا قَدَّمَتۡ يَدٰهُ ؕ اِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا عَلٰى قُلُوۡبِهِمۡ اَكِنَّةً اَنۡ يَّفۡقَهُوۡهُ وَفِىۡۤ اٰذَانِهِمۡ وَقۡرًا ؕ وَاِنۡ تَدۡعُهُمۡ اِلَى الۡهُدٰى فَلَنۡ يَّهۡتَدُوۡۤا اِذًا اَبَدًا(الكهف :57)
Waman athlamu mimman thukkira biayati rabbihi faa'rada 'anha wanasiya ma qaddamat yadahu inna ja'alna 'ala quloobihim akinnatan an yafqahoohu wafee athanihim waqran wain tad'uhum ila alhuda falan yahtadoo ithan abadan
Sahih International:
And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord but turns away from them and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance - they will never be guided, then - ever.
وَمَنۡ اَعۡرَضَ عَنۡ ذِكۡرِىۡ فَاِنَّ لَـهٗ مَعِيۡشَةً ضَنۡكًا وَّنَحۡشُرُهٗ يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ اَعۡمٰى(طه :124)
Waman a'rada 'an thikree fainna lahu ma'eeshatan dankan wanahshuruhu yawma alqiyamati a'man
Sahih International:
And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind."
مَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡـنَا عَلَيۡكَ الۡـقُرۡاٰنَ لِتَشۡقٰٓى(طه :2)
Ma anzalna 'alayka alqurana litashqa
Sahih International:
We have not sent down to you the Qur'an that you be distressed
